I have watched tv all day :o
Didnt go to the shops, had a nap and am watching DVD's of lost now :o

I did overdo it on Mon though ( did i mention i cleaned out my conservatory gutters too...yuk) and was shattered after work last night so...

Have been hungry all day, made my courgette bol but was still hungry.
Have done a fair bit of fridge staring and just had a spicy chicken breast from freezer :)

Dont know whats on the menu next, more crispbreads and soup i suspect.
Hope the carbs will be gone tomorrow and it'll be easier.

It was a good program i started watching it and could not beleive all that sugar why do they do it !!

Because it's cheap. Works with the Government choices and probably has numerous monetary benefits hidden from the taxpayer.:rotfl:

grrr... forgot to go to the shop and get a cauli to rice and have with my curry then realized that one of the side dishes I had was potato (so that went into the bin!) so for tea I have had curry on its own - was very nice! but because I was p!ssed off at forgetting the cauli I thought I would do myself a small voddy and pop but then realised that the pop wasnt diet so I went to the shops got my pop and also 10 cigs :( I was doing soooo well not smoking!!!

ah well - tomorrow is another day!!

Pop, if diet, contains the things like aspartame. If your pop of choice has this then please know it was first classified as a 'CHEMICAL WARFARE AGENT' by the FDA. Then by lobbying ws eventually pushed through as a food additive. (?!!!!!!?)

Under those conditions I would take my chances with the sugar. Also, sweteners may help calorie counting but behave in the same way as sugar re insulin resistance etc.

No sugar, or sugar as a preference if necessary.

You don't have any control over what life throws at you.
You DO have control over how you react :)

I know its not funny but that made me laugh coz i know how you feel.

I have given up just about everything worth living for :(

And now have to give up sweeteners in my tea, i dont take them in coffee and only have one in tea and have attempted to stop using them many times but just dont enjoy a cuppa without them, been using them for almost forty years  maybe thats my problem.
