Ooh i made eleven large portions from my soup
Still gonna stick with most of my usual foods, but throw in a few wholegrain carbs.
Had lower readings hour and half later from slow release carbs today than i've been having from my lc meals ?
!!!!!! ??
No chocolate for me anymore though!0 -
For the lazy gits amongst us (I am your leader
) I found a 'stick in the oven with no hassle' chicken with Caeser style topping in Aldi today. Two chicken breasts with 'stuff' on top
and the whole pack is only 1.2 g of carb.
Good to have for a standby when you can't be faffed cooking. Admittedly not the cheapest meal but handy nonetheless if you're anything like me and sometimes leave it too late to think about dinner by which point you're starving and at risk of grabbing bad things. :rotfl:

From one rambler to another..
I also have been taking 5000 iu as i rarely even go out in the sun, on 2400iu atm til my new batch gets here, couldn't use iherb as i dont have a credit card and they dont take debit cards but found some for £16.57 for 360 tabs 5000iu and paid with paypal :j
Where'd you get them from then? Most interested.
Like the look of those aldi chicken things, must get along there sometime soon.
Feel a bit down n restless. Just heard an old friend from years back has died. Likely under 50. I know his fiancee more now but not seen either of em for a while. 'It's always the good ones'etc. It's the lady I'm feeling for. She loved him so much. It's not hit n no tears yet.
Everything in perspective n all that. Gonna have that last glass of red afteral

Ah.. that old familiar feeling, wind rumbling in my belly
TBH, i dont think i can do this, already craving and had to pop a chewy sweet in my mouth, coz i couldnt resist, and not had anything bad, only 'good' carbs *cue roll eyes smilie*
Think i'll just have to explain when they send for me.0 -

You make that sound creepy. :rotfl:
Welll I'm a bit....^%^%£$^%HKJ*(*&(!!!!!)((£*^$%!!!!! today. Don't know what's up wiith me but that's how I've felt since I got up. Got loads to do today so I need to be pro-active but I know I'm gonna struggle.
Daughter is sat on the couch sniffling and saying she has a sore throat but imo it's not bad enough to keep her off school. Problem is, the school send the kids home at the drop of a hat so as soon as she sniffs, she'll likely be out the door anyway. Flipping ridiculous, we're breeding a generation of wimps all because of some half baked notions from people in suits who should know better.
I think I might need wine or vodka more than I need an omelette today! (No, I wont.)
Well I hope you lot have a better day than I'm gonna. Might see you later or might just revel in being an anti-social biatch, who knows?! :rotfl:
Have a good one.Herman - MP for all!0 -
 3lb on already.
Obviously fluid, but dont whether to give it a week or just go back to lc.
This happened on holiday last year, lost a stone (almost) but as soon as i went away and started normal eating, none of my holiday clothes fit over the carb belly
Ho hum.
Will be on my trainer again today, went on twice yesterday :A
But need to build up longer than 9 mins0 -
Morning all :hello:
Tis such a beautiful day here, sunshine & blue skies, shame I'm feeling carp!!
Fell off the low-carb wagon spectacularly yesterdayI was just feeling unfillably hungry all day & it was making me miserable. So I ate. And ate. And ate. And didn't stop until I went to bed at 11pm.
Feel better this morning, kind of, but I know I'm not in the right frame of mind to just jump back on the low-carb wagonso I'll have today off & see how I feel tomorrow.
