OH losing weight by the day - has lost over a stone he coulsnt afford to lose since his stroke and now weighs over half a stone less than me !!!!! so of course im making and buying tempting high fat high carb high calorfic goodies for him - and eating them myself ..... pounds are going on by the day 1 by 1.....

Menu for today:
B/L - babybel, pork lump, piggies in blankets, 2 x lc crispbreads with butter & cheese, BNS soup
D - cajun chicken with cauli mash & green beans
Supper will no doubt be more crispbreads & wine
