fruity, there's 4 of us here now and mealtimes are very much a varied exercise. Sometimes we have similar things (but I wont have the potatoes or chips for example) other times I'll make something for me and then make theirs. Sometimes I'll just sit with a pathetic look on my face in the hope someone will feed me. :rotfl:
One thing that has changed since I started icing again, is that I have finally stopped living by the clock. I will eat when I'm hungry and not if I'm not, iyswim. So some dinner times will be when I serve up and just sit with a drink and I'll either have eaten earlier or I'll eat later. It seemed a bit weird when I first started doing things this way but I'm letting my body lead the way rather than my clock and I think it's helping me.Herman - MP for all!0 -
Bless you for your kind words, I can't afford much in the way of payment. Would a chicken drumstick suffice?
