Hi all, am on a course in Swansea store this week and not long got in.
Learned how diabetes affect eyesight (among other things) so is essential i control my blood glucose levels and made me realise even more that this is for the long haul, but that was after lunch and was nothing in the canteen except sandwiches, scones or fruit, (did ask for salad) but had sandwich and will be taking salad with me tomorrow.
Popped in this morning for a nose but no-one about.
Alias. i feel like you, and this is where i would normally give up, but cant and wont!!
Well done sweet.. my avvy is supposed to be me ( the glasses represent the opticians) the eyes should blink but dont seem to work.
Dont think i'll lose this week as i had a couple of stellas last night and the sarnie today.. not good.
Back to it now tho and just had some cheese and ham.
P.S. i really missed everyone0 -
Hi everyone:wave:
I'm the same as everyone else, I'm being really good but feel really bloated and large. My only cheat was on mothers day as the kiddies had bought me chocs (and I couldn't upset them by not eating them:rolleyes::D). Since then, I've been really good and have stuck to the plan. I haven't actually weighed (too scared to:o) and my clothes still fit but I just feel YUK! We go away in 5 weeks and I would really like to loose a couple more pound so I can enjoy my holiday without worrying too much, the only trouble is, its Easter on Sunday and I know the kiddies have bought me chocs again (bless:D).
P.s. How can you see everyones avatars???? I can't see any picturesIf you think nobody cares whether you're alive or dead, try missing a couple of mortgage payments.

I spoke to a consultant from "Go Lower" today - a low-carb, high-protein diet that delivers to your door. When I asked about vegetarian options for the plan, she talked me through their mushroom stroganov and brocolli-blue cheese soup, supplemented with breakfast cereals and nut bars. I might have laughed at her
Well I've been very good - haven't seen a lot of menus posted on here lately (ahem!), so here's my last couple of days:
Sunday
Scrambled eggs with chilli beancurd
Linda McCartney sausages with brocolli in blue cheese / butter dressing
Rose flavoured tofu pudding
Today
Flax and coconut porridge
Quorn tikka
Egg mayonnaise
Cauliflower cheese (made by my lodger!!!)Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -
Morning all. I suspect this is going to be a long day today. I've been awake since just after 4am and up since 5 so I'm hungry now and I'm having my omelette............over 3 hours earlier than normal.
Anyone ever been on one of those exercise bikes at the gym where you follow a program and there's level roads and then hills (which are signified by increased resistance)? Well I'm on a hill at the moment.
Sorry...I do realise I'm just moaning all the time these days. :rotfl:
Anyway I hope today is productive and kind to you all.Herman - MP for all!0 -
Morning folks.
Nice day so far, looking forward to my course today, (beats work) but not used to commuting, dont know how city folk cope with it.
I should be cooking some fudge before i go but am on here with my cuppa instead.
Alias, i have been hungry all the time lately too, dont know if its too many carbs or hormones as i'm not usually hungry at all. I wouldnt worry about having food early, if you are hungry eat, as long as its LC you should be ok. I lost more actual weight last time by eating moreI dont remember my clothes being so loose tho, strange that.
I spoke too soon, there are black clouds looming.
See you all later.0
