I had a lunchtime meeting and resisted ALL the sarnies, crisps, fruit and cakes
.
I've decided to take some flax oil every day - it's pretty expensive stuff though so does anyone have any recommendations on which one to get? (Don't want a fish source because I'm vegetarian). Thanks.0 -
Hi everyone, glad to see its up and running again.
I have managed to stay away from carbs over the weekend although hubby raided the easter eggs stash, as his nerves were badhe says :rotfl: Nothing like a wedding in the offing to throw everyone into a panic. Only problem is its usually me who takes the flak from all directions  and theres still another 7 weeks to go  Im hoping the planning will take another few lbs off. The thought of being the only fat b there will spur me on I hope
Sorry for the rant, but dont know whether Im coming or going. Going to look at dresses tomorrow, but leaving mine till last minute in the hope I will be 6 sizes smaller
Well done HC on the 2lbs and badger too getting on the right side of 11 stone.
Alias Ill join you on the jaw wiring, although Id probably end up liquidising mars bars :rotfl:0 -

I've seen a lot of Omega supplements around, including veggie capsules in Boots and Flax "dessert sauce" in Holland and Barrett...
My lodger and I both swear by Hemp Oil though, anything from the "good" range. And a spoonful of flax seed in the morning is idealMortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -
Not much doing on here today!! Where is everyone hiding?!
Well, I was hoping to go on a bike ride tonight but it's turned really cold here so I'm hibernating instead. Got the heating on & we are going to have a 'family night' & watch the new Twilight DVD - tis all about vampires I think so I'll be hiding behind the cushion!!Might have to have a glass of wine to steady my nerves as well!! :rotfl:
