has anyone got a good LC BBQ sauce recipe, or ready made sauce. thx
Hate BBQ sauce, but seeing as I'm up early  I've had a search & come up with this one. Don't know if it's any good but has one good review!! Apparently the secret is diet coke - bleurgh!!

Morning - though I hesitate to use the word 'good' next to it. Been raining and raining and raining since yesterday morning, then last night the gales started too. Of course, nothing as bad as the north west have had recently but as relentless.
No eggs in the house - how did that happen- so just some bacon for breakfast and now going to head out.
No idea what's for food for the rest of the day but something LC will pop up into my radar soon.
Hope all are well and safe.0 -
Morning all :hello:
Tis 'orrible weather here as well, cold & windy, but at least it's dry, for now
Weighed myself on wii fit & it told me I'd lost another lb & have 4lbs to reach my targetCould have sworn it said that the other day?? Decided I don't like the wii fit weighing thing, tis not accurate enough for me. I'm going to put batteries in my bathroom scales again, just hope I'm not tempted to hop on & off them every 5 minutes!!
Menu for today:
B - 2 egg cheese omelette
L - 2 low-carb crispbreads with butter & cheese, garlic sausage
D - to be decided but will hopefully get some veggies in somewhere, decidedly lacking in them today
Have a good day everyone

Happy late birthday Mazzers.
Haven't read back pages cos you lot gab too much and I'd be here all day.:p:D
Sweet, nice to see you stll here, have you been very good?
It wont surprise anyone to know I haven't. :rotfl: January has been earmarked as our....(note the plural there) 'get a grip' month. We need to reign in our eating (again) and our spending so there will be 3 of us in this house who will be changing things together.
So if I re-appear then...will you all still talk to me?Herman - MP for all!0
