Fructose Metabolism By The Brain Increases Food Intake And Obesity, Review Suggests
I'm sure most of you have noticed I'm increasingly suspicious of the impact of fructose (not to mention HFCS) I don't think we can or should regard fruit and veg as equivalent.
I think we all need to be far more careful with fructose intake especially bananas, grapes and dried fruits not to mention fruit juices and smoothies.My weight loss following Doktor Dahlqvist' Dietary Program

Prior to LC-ing, when diagnosed with high BP i actually made sure i was having a banana some grapes an apple, dried apricots and freshly made fruit smoothies daily .. no wonder i wasn't bl00dy losing weight.0 -
I dont know.. you lot in here seem to have made a heck of an impact on your weight and there's me only lost a measly 9lbs.. and i dont even cheat.
Think i need a rethink-- last time i did it i didnt restrict onions, peppers, tomatoes or atkins bars to name but a few.

Do you know what, Ted? I never mentioned this before, but the year I blew up to my heaviest weight was the year I won a year's supply of Innocent Smoothies - I was on 12 litres a month.
