    Sweet, dont be ashamed :rotfl:

They do break, the pedals can be flimsy and the screws shear off. Is quite common unless you get a really good one:rotfl:

If mine breaks i dont mind saving for a good one as its brill to use.

I was well & truly ashamed mazzers, I can still remember telling my sister & she laughed (but not in a nice way if ykwim?!). Made me feel the size of a [STRIKE]very heavy[/STRIKE] flea!!

jumping, that was soooooo weird seeing your post in pink!! You look like me!! :rotfl: My Dad is on simvastatin, amongst many other pills, didn't know it was for high cholesterol but that makes sense to me now. That's another reason why I want to lose weight/get fit actually - I really don't want to have to take loads of medication in the future if I can help it.

Mazzers, :rotfl: at your wiggly eyebrows!

I'm doing reasonably well this morning, for someone who woke up at 4am to find the central heating on 25 degrees! Bloomin' lodgers...

Veggie scotch egg, yoghurt and flax seed
Egg mayonnaise, avocado, yoghurt and flax seed
Probably no dinner (I've gotten out of the habit lately)

Dont really know why. Got a right cob on, complete with bad attitude. :(

    Had cheese omelette for brunch.

Then more flipping peanuts and 2 more Atkins shakes. :wall: I think I may go to bed until tomorrow.

My bike is a cheapie from Woollies years ago!! Universal?! Hubby has said I can get a decent second-hand one if I'm serious about going out for bike rides. His is a ridgeback I think?? Brother said it was a decent make - it's a much smoother ride than my bone shaker anyway!! I'd like one with a little basket as well. Can just see me tootling into town, doing some shopping & then tootling home again. :rotfl:
Ps. I can't do gears - I just pedal & hope for the best!!

Bend over alias & I'll give you a good kick up the backside!! :D

Is that all you've eaten today?? Doesn't sound enough to me but at least it's Atkins/low-carb stuff & not fruit pastilles

Can you get out for a walk?? Some fresh air might make you feel better?? Walk off your bad mood?? Or do a facepack with daughter - that's usually good for a laugh - & your face might literally crack!! :rotfl:
  • In the absence of a smiley heifer, this is me on the left when I'm not doing low-carb!!

Hello peeps - am feeling fat, bloated, and yuck - yes its totm again and its early - i am not best pleased.

Have hardly eaten anything today - just not up to it, feeling sicky. Managed some bacon, 'sausages' and cheese with a little bit of salad. Don't want anything else really don't feel like it.
