Are your clothes not loose? I'm not doing any weighing but my clothes are really wafting around me and I'm able to wear some that have been unusable for many a long year.
.
I started this when i arrived at work, i only wear coveralls all day and then shorts at night, so i have not noticed too much, although i will say the elastic part of my boxer shorts are not flipping over as much as they used to:o.
Have 2 weeks left at work, then days off, so will see if people that i have not seen for a few months will notice the difference, i think that will be the big test.0 -
Am having a late lunch (got carried away on the retail therapy m'larkey) and actually can't finish the food?! :j
Got some salad leaves, coleslaw, mashed cauliflower with milled flaxseed through it and HALF a chicken breast with cream cheese and parma ham and have only managed about ¾ of it. I'll stick the leftovers in the fridge in case I get hungry again later today, though I don't like to eat after 6.00p.m. May be hungry about 9.00p.m. so will have a slug of double cream... yay!
I'm sure I wouldn't have reached saturation point so early on with carbs/sugary stuff on the plate.0 -
Moi again
Dinner tonight was half a tin of cat food (otherwise known as M&S stewed steak :rotfl:) with cauli mash & cheesy leeks/mushrooms. Not that bad, which is a good job cos I've got the other half for tomorrow nights dinner!!
Didn't have salad at lunchtime as I wasn't really that hungry so I only had blueberries/raspberries with a blob of sugar-free rasp jerry & a dollop of cream  Was so nice to have something fruity & refreshing
I'm having the rest of the wine tonight & then I might go tee-total again??
See you tomorrow peeps.0 -
had bacon and eggs for breakfast/brunch and made pepperoni pizza with cauli crust for tea - it was nice but really greasy!!! got gammon and eggs for lunch tomorrow - been ages since I've had gammon!0

Shopping
Got a lovely warm dark purple boucle coat with hood and toggles for £5.99! Like new and just what I've been looking for. Plus a fluffy Per Una jumper for £3.29! Tis very warm and soft.
It really is true, know what you want with as much detail as possible and it will appear! :j
I always concentrate on it being a bargain too :rotfl:
Also got some more silicone stuff, cake cases and a loaf tin. Think I got enough for a while now.
Hope we are all having a great weekend!

My retail therapy Mercy was not remotely a 'bargain' but I got exactly what I wanted, and it was technology!0 -
Morning all :hello:
Mercy, your coat sounds lovely, very dramatic sounding & will go lovely with your colour hair methinks. Think I'll have to come shopping with you next time!!
Well, hubby has man flu, so I'm donning the nurse outfit today  Hope he doesn't pass any gruesome germs on to me or the kids. Actually wonder if it might be swine flu?? How are you supposed to know the difference between man & swine (flu)?!
B - chipolata sausages & egg??
L - salad - really need to get some greenery
D - cat food, cauli mash & cheesy leeks/mush
Don't really fancy a cooked brekkie this morning, hence the ?? Will have a think & leave it for an hour or so. Tempted to have the blues/rasps/jelly/cream concoction instead. Mmmmmmmmmm. If I don't have that for brekkie, it can be my pud for after dinner.
Right, off to have my coffee, have a good day all, tis lovely & sunny here :wave:0 -
Hello my lovelies...
I'm baaaack! Returned last night from Germany (the drive took forever) so am vegging out today. Haven't had a chance to catch up on all the chat yet.
LC went kinda out of the window. I was reduced to eating bretzels (giant bread pretzels) and salad as Granny was trying to make me eat meat, cake and pasta. She kept saying "Iss, Iss" meaning "eat eat"! I'm not going anywhere near the scales yet, but getting back to Icing today. Feel gigantic and bloated (evil carbs!). Its too nice a day to worry about it though.
Waddling off to Mr Ts now to fill the house with low carb food.
Toodles.

Rangers are playing at Furry Boots City :rotfl: so should be good. I don't really 'like' footie but follow (follow) Rangers' results. My Dad's family are a little fanatical about them and I'm only bothered that they win! Dad used to take me to Ibrox when I was young and I hated it... bovril and scotch pies, no facilities for girls/women etc etc.
:hello: I'm a blue nose too:Dsweetserendipity wrote: »Well, hubby has man flu, so I'm donning the nurse outfit today  Hope he doesn't pass any gruesome germs on to me or the kids. Dare i ask about the cat food?
My hubby and little girl are recovering from swine flu. Both have tamiflu and are on the mend. They were really, really ill last week. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0
