Morning peeps :hello:
Having a lovely, lazy SundaySlept late & still in my pjs
focus, I know what you mean about wanting what you can't have. That's all I'll say on that subject
Gers, don't have a clue who Jay Hunt isbut read the article & she looks amazing now. Would love to be able to wear those skinny jeans she has on in one photo
I still have muffin top in my big jeans.
Tis supposed to be chicken for dinner tonight but forgot to get it out of the freezerWill send hubby to Co-op later to see if they have any fresh, otherwise, I haven't a clue what we'll be having. Not a very organised meal-planner, am I?!
Have a good day everyone :wave:0 -
Sweets
Mushed brambles would work wellI didn't use jam as I didn't have any so used raspberry coulis. Your squashed fruit would be lower carb than my version.
Right. Now off to find some fruit to abuse to a pulp and save for times like these :rotfl:

Hmmm, just been looking at your bakewell tart recipe, Mercy
Thinking I could use my bramble mush (that's not at all like jam, mazzers!!
) in that recipe.

Just had a lovely brekkie, bought some tesco bbq chorizostyle 6 frozen pork sausages, they're on offer, half price (only til today unfortunately) for £1, omg they are lush i might fill the freezer with them later, definately recommend them, had with fried mushrooms and buttery scrambled eggs, delicious.
Btw, 6.1g carbs per two, so not too bad.0 -

Yay :j I now have 10 more pkts of sausages, should last a couple of days
Also, frozen summer fruits are on offer for £1.50, has blackberries, raspberies, black and redcurrants so should be ok-ish for lc, great with yogurt and nuts
Unfortunately, the half price fresh half shoulder of lamb is constantly out of stock, so, my tip of the day is, get a raincheck voucher, as you can get them at the offer price when back in stock0 -
Morning,
Still running a bit of a fever but lurking has kept me mostly on the straight and narrow. Bit wiped out though. How's everyone?

Bad weekend. Ended up at kid's barbecue where everything was white, carby and sweet. Not good. *tries to kick self up butt*.
Could someone please give me a slap? Thanks.0
