Morning everyone
Sweetserendipity - Happy Birthday :bdaycake: enjoy your day!
Guns & Banjos - Good to hear that your DD is on the mend
Lol at all the cat stories yesterday, our current fat little black cat is very round but she is a very short cat not the usual long bodied mog. She has mainly wet food but has a few ocean fish iams each day for her teeth. She refuses any other dry food but would have your hand off for a tin of tunaShe is easily the boss in our house over both dogs.
One of our previous cats used to love salad - cucumber in particular and she was always looking to try new things. The glass of gin that she stole didn`t do her any good though
Another pound off today :jso i`m a happy bunny, i`ve almost run out of lc food though so nipped to Asda last night whilst it was quiet. I need to meal plan for next week and shop accordingly on Saturday.
Brekkie today is gammon, sausage & buttery scrambled eggs.
Dinner will be Chicken drumsticks and tea will be omelette with peppers and herbs topped with cheese YUM!
For snacks i have salami & cheese and some belly pork stashed away here in the fridge at work.
Day off tomorrow but i`ll bet that i don`t sleep past 4am
Have a good day peeps.
SDPlanning on starting the GC again soon0 -
SSS - HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU
Have taken mazzers comment re scales on board and decided to go back to my original idea of only weighing once a month. Just done it - 1 lb on lol.
Hope you all have a good lc day, but not the birthday girl, those links by the way were from Ted - the video is quite long but very good.0 -

Getting very bored of eggs for breakfast now and short of alternative ideas so gonna have to stick with it I guess. Had a very small amount of rice krispies as a breakfast 'appetiser' a couple of times recently and have still managed to keep within my limits so all good! Will have to check out some recipe threads methinks.
Made the courgette lasagne last night with some veg and was rather nice! Managed to mess up the cheese sauce though so ended up using a bit of packet mix (more carbs though) and it worked quite well. Did about half the quantities of everything and made 3 portions.
Just wondering if the people who dont seem to be losing much are counting calories too? As far as I'm aware the science of weight loss = calorie deficit so maybe this might be something to bear in mind. I use Sparkpeople.com to record my meals, am currently on 1430 cals a day which works out to a suprising amount of food!Little lady arrived 13/12/110 -

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SWEETS!
I'm a bit bored of eggs too but found a recipe for baked eggs which I will be trying tomorrow.
Hopefully have bacon for breakfast today as I spotted some defrosting in the fridge, yum! Haven't had it since I left my OH's on Sunday.
Waiting to hear about a job today too, in a pub (argh full of craby meals! may make me abstain even more tho!) so fingers crossed cos I need some diddly atm.
Hope you all have a good day, especially sweets - your plans sound lovely, and I shan't ask!!

I work in a restaurant so know what you mean it being full of carby meals, it will probably make you abstain more! I'll get a craving for something on the menu, then i'll see one go to a table and see the (usually) big fatty eating it and decide i dont fancy it after all:oThe trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
*pops head round the corner*
I'm still in the naughty corner, Sweet.
Liking all the cat stories. Nice to see lots of us have black cats coz they are often hard to home as people think they are unlucky. Yoshi (the 6mth black kitten) is now sleeping on a pile of clean washing. not sure if its the food but the is now as big as our 3 yr old cat! He's better at low carbing than I am -his fave things are cheese, tuna or chicken (he stole some lettuce yesterday from my bowl but wasn't keen!)
Off to Ikea soon to buy lots of lovely things with money we don't have.
Will try to be a good icer today, promise!
