Hey everyone, havent been posting much but doing alot more lurking lol. feel abit quiet and dont have much to say these days just always seem to be moaning about how i stray from the plan. But have been good this weekend, resisted millies cookies (which i love to bits) and cake and also treats at the cinema last night
Its my birthday next week and im debating with myself if i should be good or not. I say it will only be one bad day but it will end up being friday saturday and sunday of bading eating. (i know what im like) but then how can i pass up a piece of my own bday cakeconfused lol

Mazzers thats ok you go ahead and moan. Dont take this the wrong way but i think of you, mercy and the others as icing veterans
and that you have been on this lifestyle longer and have it all figured out so even if you stray or you will always come back to this. I inspire to be like that

thanks for the welcomes yesterday
I got weighed this morning and another pound has dropped off :j
bit unexpected that one really as TOTM is imminent and i have been known put on anything up to half a stone :eek: i can still fasten my work trousers which is pretty amazing i can tell you.
Bf today is bacon sausage and scrambled egg with lots of butter
dinner will be kippers and tea will be cod baked with butter and tarragon and buttered cabbage.
Any snacky bits will be cheese and salami which i`m addicted to atm.
Ooh just remembered i also have some pieces of belly pork to snack on that i cooked yesterday too
Best go and do some work, have a good day everyone.

Hey everyone, good morning!! finished my 2nd week of induction again woo!! lost another 2.5lbs
so thats 7.5lbs this time on induction. happy with that. Means ive lost 24.5lbs since May!! Doesnt sound much to me but only a few lbs away from 2 st loss

Hi all.
DH has reached day 6, his weight loss to date is 6lb, I promised him he'd lose 7lb in a week, so he's well on target to do just that. It's given him a huge boost, as he was completely disbelieving of the wisdom of bacon and eggs LOL, but he's feeling very positive, and doesn't even want to cheat any more.
I'm supporting him all the way, but as a pregnant woman, I'm eating sensibly rather than throwing myself quite as whole heartedly into the scheme ~ okay, I admit it, I just can't say no to pasta.I ave a dodgy H, so sometimes I will sound dead common, on occasion dead stupid and rarely, pig ignorant. Sometimes I may be these things, but I will always blame it on my dodgy H.
Sorry, I'm a bit of a grumble weed today, no offence intended ... well it might be, but I'll be sorry.0 -
Feel like ive eaten loads today although thinking about it it wasnt that much. I don't know why but i sometimes get it into my head that eating is wrong and thats so not what this plan is about. I guess i just want to rush the weightloss on abit. Am very impatient.0

Had a nice surprise this morning when i weighed, not only have i not gained, i have lost 1/2 lb, which is amazing seeing as i've not been very lc for ages.
I have been so good today, had my brazils nuts for breakfast, and didnt know there was a free staff buffet in the canteen, OMG it was a fab spread, everything i had was lc, a big plateful, didnt touch anything hi carb at all
For dessert there was strawberry gateaux, cherry cheesecake, choc eclairs, strawb trifle, strawb meringues and those french custard and fruit cakes, but i had strawberries and cheese
What a good girl (i was dying for a meringue tho)0
