    Hello all!

    So glad it's Friday :)

Guy at work was still ar$y time to time but polite when he needed help. Tis working. Think he has other stresses and I've ignored his mild histrionics as that's oxygen to his (theoretical) power. And a bit of a shock as I normally respond as a concerned friend when someone is stressing themselves out 4 nought.
Ive been friendly and cheerful (they hate that) and blown him out the water with the amount I have done today :) cheerfully :rotfl:

So, lets get the party started!

I love weekends, quite like the weeks too, normally :rotfl:

Glad to get that out, ta peeps, you're ace!

    Hello again!

Feel so good now the weekend is here.

focus - I bought a kaftan type top to wear when travelling last weekend. Got it from asda. Had to get a 16 as the 14 was just too tight. It had to do with the stitching round the arms. Normally a 14 is just fine :) If you go for ebay you can always ask for armpit to armpit measurements and other measurements before you buy. I've had a lot of good clothes off ebay but will not buy if I cant get the seller to give me more details.
The item is just fantastic! Very cool and quite striking in black and white :)

Jordy - hang on in there, if you're feeling jaded try out the recipe list. I can recommend the Bakewell Tart and the Mexican fudge :)

Gers - glad you are so happy! weight works in a funny way, just enjoy shrinking and deal with it as you go :) Work out the slower areas to give muscle definition and improve your metabolic rate by increasing muscle.

alias! - so good to see you back, you nutter! Fat clothes, ahem, I've needed to buy some. At least you got some already :rotfl:

marrow - get someone to water your toms then forget all about em. You could bribe the person with some fruits so they're invested in the project? Then, have a great holiday!

Big love to all us lovely low carbers!

    hya all

re smaller sizes, at the beginning of May I bought 2 pairs of jeans for £30 from Dottie P's, kinda stretch bootleg ones, anf they were really s t r e t c h e d:D (size 18)
well this week I had to notch the belt to the last hole and they now feel comfy. Last summer I didnt buy any new clothes cos I felt so down and fat, this year I've bought 18's bottoms and 16' tops

At work today I had a floaty top I bought years ago on (14)........tho I think the only reason I fitted in to it is that its very floaty:rotfl:

Mercy I liked the way you explained why not to drink coconut oil and carbs together.......you get left with the fat:D

so I didnt have any coconut oil this morning cos I like my wine on a Friday night, see, how is it that I can forward plan when alcohol is involved:D:D

B nothing ( slept in) but I did have a slice of cake at morning T break

L tuna, coleslaw and salad veg (bought from the dining room at work and I think they use low fat mayo) so not very good lo carb wise

D Tuna and more Greek Yogurt (tho I'll probly have something more substantial later )

I think it's still safe to have coconut oil in the morning if all's going to be low carb for brekkie n lunch. What I was really refering to was the oil before all meals. If you KNOW alcohol and carbs will feature in the eve then don't have any coconut oil after lunch.

Glad you're new jeans are showing you how you're changing, tis a good thing to be reminded of :)

    Mwah! hunni!

Ssl, i like it, and from now on, rather than describe myself as a wannabe hippy, i shall be bohemian ;) much nicer turn of phrase.

Alais, nice to see you :D
I wish you'd get your act together, which is rather hypocritical as i am off the wagon still and have just had curry and HM chips :o

Have put on 4lbs so i need to get my act together before that becomes 14lb.

I think now that i know my bg is ok i dont have the same incentive icon9.gif

Well you should, woman! Just cos you've done the good thing BG wise doesn't mean you're out the water! You are healthier, better equipped to deal with the odd carb fest etc, doesn't mean your project is over.

    Just means it's working.

Stick with it honey, get another goal else your next BG will show what you've done :rotfl:

Food creep is a serious matter. Don't dare your body to show it's displeasure, cos it will :) I think you've done a great thing and will go on to many more!

    Love you honey
