    Thats what happened to me.
Mind you i was glad cos my top half was bigger than my bottom half so it evened me out a bit.

So instead of a 16 bottom and a 20 top
    I am slightly looser 16 bottom and a 16-18 top :j

    Hello peeps :hello:

Just had a major thunder & lightning storm here!! Eek!! Guess we won't be having a bbq tonight  Been gorgeous all week & now the weekend is here it's bloomin awful!!

Not sure what to have for dinner tonight?? Got 2 huge cumberland sausages (oo'er missus!!) so might just have them with fried eggs & mushrooms??

mazzers, I love those kaftans, that's the sort of outfit I would like to wear but would need a vest top or something to wear underneath. Also need to get some new jeans but have been holding off because I wanted to get a smaller size this time, not gonna happen though :o

Ah well, the weekend is upon us, yippee *said in a sarcastic tone seeing as weather is carp*

Hope everyone has a good one

Tbh, i dont know what constitutes office wear , i spose some folks are casual and some are smart, depends what your office is like.
I would normally only wear something like this on holiday but in this exceptional weather, i would wear this out for the day or evening, lets face it, some peeps are out in shorts and flip flops in the pubs :rotfl:

Had to add that i am a bit of a hippy at heart so have always like this sort of thing.

My office is formal, but then I'm a bit [STRIKE]of a rebel [/STRIKE]bohemian ;) Yesterday, I wore a long (ankle length) pale pink skirt and a floaty kaftan that I usually wear on hols by the pool. I had a vest top on underneath. I kicked off my sandals and wandered around in my bare feet. Everyone is used to my fairly unique way of dressing :rotfl:But they all commented on how lovely the kaftan was.

Well I have fallen of the Icing wagon big time. It's my brothers wedding on Sunday and I'm using that as an excuse to eat crap now  I'm also trying to justify Starbucks frappachinos. Might see if I can find out how many carbs they have.

Yooooo hoooo! Remember me? Tis been a while. :rotfl:

Will need to catch up soon, I have no idea what you've all been up to. I intend to sit on the couch after dinner with my little bottle of Magners Pear cider, my remote control and my lappy so hopefully I'll get time to read. :D

Flipping son and his spur of the moment ideas.....was in town this afternoon trying to book a hol for him and girlfriend and phones home asking me what to do, where to go and if the cost was ok. :rotfl: How the hell would I know.....do I have a life, do I go on holiday? Nope. :rotfl: Thank God for the MSE travel Board.

However I am sooooooo looking forward to a week's peace. Yay! And another...Yay! :rotfl:

Not been up to much worthy of discussion I'm afraid. However I did kinda get a man in a corner last night.... all to no avail. :D I was trying to persuade a joiner to come and do stuff for me so I dont have to but he's so busy he's having to turn work down right left and centre. Actually...tis been a while since I got my own man in a corner. Mmmm...enough pear cider and you never know.....:rotfl:.

Daughter's last day at school was yesterday and she spent last night and all of today being sick. Her timing is lousy.

On an 'on topic' aspect...I've had to go look out all my fat clothes again. I am a serious dieting failure. :rotfl:I am now saving up for hynotherapy. ;)

See you all later. *waves* :D

    Helloooooo!:wave::wave::wave:

I'm in a seriously happy mood, for a change.
Have just arranged a week away!! -leaving tomorrow!! Yippeeeeeeee!
    :j:j:j:j
Ok, so it is only a week in a caravan, and the forecast is rain but who cares? Its away!
Now I'm fretting abit about my cats (will they be ok -even though they have mum, Dad, sister and a chum all popping in everyday). fretting about my tomato plants (If they die I will be most put out) and fretting about things in general.
Diet has gone out of the window at this moment -no time for food -got to pack. Living on cheese strings.:o At least will be doing my own cooking there so will be able to LC....oh but the lure of ice cream....

toodleoo peeps. See you in a week.:dance:

P.S its all on our flexible friend in case you wondered if i'd come into some funds. Just can't take the thought of no holiday anymore!

    hya all

re smaller sizes, at the beginning of May I bought 2 pairs of jeans for £30 from Dottie P's, kinda stretch bootleg ones, anf they were really s t r e t c h e d:D (size 18)
well this week I had to notch the belt to the last hole and they now feel comfy. Last summer I didnt buy any new clothes cos I felt so down and fat, this year I've bought 18's bottoms and 16' tops

At work today I had a floaty top I bought years ago on (14)........tho I think the only reason I fitted in to it is that its very floaty:rotfl:

Mercy I liked the way you explained why not to drink coconut oil and carbs together.......you get left with the fat:D

so I didnt have any coconut oil this morning cos I like my wine on a Friday night, see, how is it that I can forward plan when alcohol is involved:D:D

B nothing ( slept in) but I did have a slice of cake at morning T break

L tuna, coleslaw and salad veg (bought from the dining room at work and I think they use low fat mayo) so not very good lo carb wise

D Tuna and more Greek Yogurt (tho I'll probly have something more substantial later )
