I've managed to connect on someone else's network.

Focus, dont you let that !!!!!! bully you, good on you for snapping back, thats all is usually needed for a bully.

I kno this is tmi, but high carb has made me very, ahem.. unable to go.

I've not been having my coconut oil, i think that usually helps.

I will be glad to get back to it tomorrow, hope it wont be too difficult.

I've been taking my supplements tho.

Almost wavered and had a glass of wine last night - long day in car, long day in very hot car, long day in very hot day stuck on the M1 cos of an overturned lorrry - but didn't.

Do I get a star? Nope, I only resisted because I actually LOVE what's happening to my body, my mind and my energy levels.

Then this morning I read an article in an online newspaper about a woman who has been hypontised into believing she'd had a gastric band fitted (incidental information really) and the most telling part came in a conversation with the hypnotherapist:
Martin asks me if I always wear my seatbelt when I drive and why. I say: 'because I don't want to be hurt in an accident'

'So why don't you protect yourself from heart disease in the same way?' he asks. For the first time, I am stumped for an answer.

    Says it all for me.

Toasted cheese on wholemeal bread for breakfast this morning - like to get the carb heavy meal out of the way first thing!

Must get my router sorted today.
Have got a new one somewher, but lord knows where it is.

Back to lc, will spend the day preparing meals in advance.

Have invited my oldest home for next week as i'm off work for a week, wont be much of a holiday no doubt, but it'll shut him up from nagging til xmas.

Hmm, now watch my stress levels rise, with three slobs in the house icon9.gif

Hoorah, I've lost 2lb which means in five weeks i've managed to lose ....yep 2 lb!

Still I am happy with the way I feel, my smooth skin and great energy levels so I shall continue. Sent off to coconoil for more supplies and am now trying to take it by putting in a herbal tea, seems okay tastewise and I will try to take 1 1/2 tabs three times a day, half an hour before meals. Hopefully this will get the old metabolism working overtime.lol

Really hot and sticky already down here on south coast so keep cool folks, and no ice creams just suck those frozen berries. :)

Morning everyone!! feel so rough today!! nose is all stuffy and throat is sore :( drank 2 pints of water in the last 10 mins already. its gonna be one of those days again. got my ipod in already prepared for a quiet day just working by myself, its kind of lonely cant hear anyone talking lol but then i guess can get more work done.

Im glad i ate those chocolate last night now, felt so guilty afterwards that now im back on track 100%. Before this would have been the perfect excuse to quit but like you guys i think im learning lol. Now need to learn how to get myself to do some exercise :rotfl:

mini huny, i told my bf we arent buying chocolate in the house no more, i buy it for him but he eats afew (something normal people do, eat until they are full) and leaves the rest in the cupboard for me to see, cant stop at one though, i have to polish the whole lot off and bin the wrapper before im happy haha.

    Morning all :hello:

Tis Scorchio here already!! Going shopping early so that I can skulk in the house for the rest of the day, if I can find a cool spot that is

Lol at the 'Low Carbers Anonymous' last night!! Pasta, toffee crisp clusters & onion rings?! :rotfl:Question is, did the other 5 packets of onion rings survive the night, mini_huny??!!

Having HM Jamie Oliver chilli for dinner tonight, my last portion out of the freezer, might buy some sour cream or creme fraiche to go with it to cool it down a bit.

Hmmm, cheese on toast for brekkie?? Not had that one before, Gers!! I will be having a smoothie but not hungry at the moment, so I'll wait until I'm back from the shops.

Anyway, have a lovely day everyone & keep drinking your water, tis gonna be a hot 'un today

My scales have me under 18st this morning, only just though 17st 13¾lbs, so hoping it's noticeable at my official weigh in on Tuesday.
    Yesterday
B - Yogurt with 1tbsp of strawberry whey protein and a few frozen berries
D - Wraps (iceburg leaves) with lovely turkey spicy stuff with peppers lots of salad, guacamole and more yogurt, afterwards I had 2 chunks dark choc and a glass of red wine. Then I had some spicy chick peas that I bought from the Asian shop, I got them for if I went to the cinema.

I was surprised by WL this morning after that lot, but my scales are not very accurate :(
There is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so.

I can't remember where I was up to with my menus, but Tuesday and Wednesday weren't too good. Ran out of breakfast, salad and milk/cream... that's most of my daytime food then. I haven't been loading up on carbs too terribly, but been missing meals which makes me really tired.

But I made a litre of yogurt yesterday, it goes lovely and thick in the fridge overnight so half gone already
