Right, the dawn of a new day, as they say, (and its a wet one here)

Back to the lc way of life.

Strangely, since i've been carb guzzling my boobs have felt like lead, really heavy and painful and totm isn't due, i wonder if its purely fluid retention
Off to work now, so see y'all later.

Huh, it caught me unawares in work today, and my boobs are now back to normal :o

Poor old carbs.. they get blamed for everything :D

    Yay, feeling good.

Got a week off, (and the boss's boss is working in the dept on Fri, hehe, escaped that one)

Just weighed now that it's totm and i've only gained a lb, but i fluctuated wildly anyway so may well be the same, even after my carbfest :T

    Just had buttery scrambled eggs.

The only cloud on the horizon is my eldest visiting mon-thur, i know, i know, i should be pleased, but he is so aggrevating and annoying, we will undoubtedly end up arguing

It's so nice to see someone telling it like it is instead of all the 'oh my child is wonderful / I love when they visit / I miss them so much' posts that you sometimes see. :rotfl:

I love my kids but I'm also a realist. :D

I'd do anything to protect them, without missing a beat, but, cant stand em sometimes :rotfl:

I know it's me half the time, but it doesn't stop them visiting, or make them leave home, so i cant be that bad :D

hi again:D could i bother someone to ask what a typical days eating would be? Im doing celebrity slim just now and i have another 3 weeks then onto the maintence stage and after that? who knows,im not very good with diets and the whole not eating bread, cakes, crap is really working well for me ( i gots the IBS and now thinking that its not the swede in my Hm soups but the bread im having with it that turns me into tornado butt ) so im really into the whole low carbing (icing, lcing?:D) but just well wouldnt have any ideas as to what id be scoffing the full day.
All I can do is be me, whoever that is

D Sausages, eggs, mushrooms all fried in coconut oil
    S cold sausage

    Day 29
    B Yog, blues, seeds
    L H/made coleslaw with cheese
D Pork chops pizzaola, carrot, mangetout, runner beans, strawberries & cream
    S Feta, tomatoes

    Day 30
    B Yog, strawbs, seeds
L Pate, egg mayonnaise (full fat)
D Pork chop pizzaola, mangetout, runner beans,
    S almonds

    Day 31
    B Yog, seeds, strawberries
    L H/m coleslaw with cheese
D Chicken almondine, carrot, runner beans
    S none yet.

If you trawl back a few pages there will be other menu posts that could be more helpful. I am doing Dr. D's diet and taking 3 tabspoons coconut oil a day -
I have one in a little hot water about 20 mins before eating.
