Morning folks, its rather cold and windy today.
Was raining after a nice start yesterday so who knows what'll happen.
Typical Brit, talk about the weather :rotfl:

Had a good day of icing, made mazzers lasagne, was lovely, like real lasagne without the stodge ;)

morning everyone!! finally have the internet back. i was getting mse withdrawal. no money so weekend without internet is a total nightmare. After saturdays carb fest (was literally eating everything i could find in the house) yesterday was a struggle to be good, bf wanted to take me out to lunch kfc style was going to go wild and just have a blow out weekend but felt this weird guilt feeling come over me so instead we went subway and i got a healthy salad :D feel so much better for it too. And even though on Sat night sun morning i was about 1-2 lbs heavier this week, this morning i weighed myself and had lost 1.5 lbs this week  not sure which i should register as my weight loss for this week. would you say the gain or the loss :P anyway being very good from now!!

I would say the loss as it was the last weight you took icon7.gif keep you positive.
Just to warn you tho, some peeps find they put on, a couple of days after a scoff.
It may be hard to get back into it til your carbs are burnt off.
I have been doing the same thing, scofffing everything in sight.

So much for drying washing, it's absolutely bucketting down icon9.gif

I have been thinking that as i am always so drained, maybe i should have some carbs for breakfast and work them off.

Had a 1/4 cup of porridge, made with water and some cherry da-vinci and swirled with cream.. mmm lush, and only 6g carbs, but already i'm bl00dy starving again.
    Dont think it's worth it.

    Hello everyone :hello:

Feeling very tired today but been out for a walk so that perked me up a bit. Might go out for another half hour later because I missed a couple of days walking at the weekend.

The weekend was a bit disastrous food-wise as well so hoping to get back on track today. Dinner tonight is low-gi spaghetti bog with wholemeal pitta.

Hoping to get away for a long weekend in less than 3 weeks time so would like to lose a bit of flab before we go & maybe treat myself to a couple of new outfits. That's the plan anyway.

Anyone know owt about Peebles?? That's where hubby is suggesting we go because he's never been there before. Tbh I'm just grateful to be going anywhere.

Wish there was a jumping through hoops emoticon! Today I fitted easily into chair in an hotel foyer that I couldn't sit in 3 weeks ago - AND my work-supplied waterproof jacket now closes! Not sure I could sit down and drive with it closed but I don't care..:j:j:j

Small steps - half inch by half inch!
