    Monday:
    B - homemade yogurt
L - cottage cheese, coleslaw and salad
    D - options hot chocolate
    25 mins at gym

Totally lost any appetite last night when I noticed that my cat had caught a bird and was eating it. My boyfriend was kind enough to give me a graphic commentary and I felt sick all evening.

    :D

Google Sketchup. It's a program that lets you sketch out your rooms and funiture etc. I'm trying to use it to see what my bathroom will look like but I'd be as well poking big needles in my eyes.

My thread is in the 'In My Home' board.

day 33, brother-in-law came for lunch bringing crunchy fresh white baguette and cream eclairs...... and yes! I FAILED!! and gave in completely to both (as well as the healthy salads and meat that I had prepared)

My only plea for mitigation is that there had been no carbs in my house for 33 days and I am a known addict, mea culpa.

Can I go on the has beens thread. Seriously though, how bad will this set me back - bearing in mind that I've only lost a total of 3 lb in the month that I've been low carbing.

Lol, this is what came up when I googled sketchup

    Did you mean: ketchup

Why does everything in my life relate to food?? :rotfl:

    Nomnomnom :D

I had [STRIKE]many doorsteps[/STRIKE] pieces of olive & oregano bread earlier (not low-gi & certainly not low-carb). Threw the rest of it out for the birds a) so I didn't eat the whole thing and b) I didn't want my family to know that I'd eaten as much as I had so was getting rid of the evidence (I will also be hiding the receipt) :o

You might be lucky & get away with it, if it's just a one-off. If you are unlucky, your 3lb loss will zoom back on overnight!! :p:rotfl: Don't worry if that does happen though, twill come off again, in the meantime just tell yourself 'tis only fluid retention'. ;)
