I'm office based. I tend to have my salad while sitting at my desk, then go out for my walk. I'm trying to get away from obsessing about food, so I'm happy to have a salad, its one less thing to think about. I vary between chicken, ham, beef, egg, tuna, cottage cheese etc. I guess I could make an omelette, but I just couldnt be bothered
Thanks sss
im kind of sick of having just chicken salads, chickens the only thing i cook really lol and i find ham salads arent filling one bit. i think i might start making omelettes for lunch, i think it be cheaper than buying so much chickenmight get bored in a week though lol. worth i try i guess.

just been back from the cinema and im so proud of myself, brought along a bottle of water, pepperami sticks and some cherries to snack on. So not only did i save money but i didnt feel tempted to cheat one bit
film wasnt that great though but it was a nice day out. now tired and soaked because on the way home it was pouring down lol.

Focus, try making the bread i make, its great for a sandwich, and is quite quick and easy, the worst part is the 5mins of kneading, but results are brill.
It freezes well too, and is great for a change.
I have been chatting on FB, nothing exciting there then.
I am fed of of lc lately, i want fruit too.
Will get back into it i'm sure ( i have to anyway) but i feel stuck in a plateau of no losing and am fed up.
Maybe i need a bit of time off to boost weight lossseems to work for some peeps.

Advice needed plz.
When i went for my blood test, it was a fasting one, and i feel it's gonna show my bg levels are under control as i was icing, but, doc said (unaware that i was icing) have another test in a week 2 hrs after a good breakfast, now, should i have a good lc brekkie or a high carb one?
Cos if its lc, then my bg should be ok, but should i be seeing how my body deals with high sugars (carbs)or not
Am not really sure, no good asking doc cos he'll only pooh pooh lc.
But if you get a glucose tolerance test (in a hospital usually) it checks how your body deals with bg over a few hrs.
Am confused so any thoughts welcome.0 -
