Made a lovely chili-non-carne. Quorn, onion, garlic, chili, bell pepper, tinned toms and a tin of kidney beans. I know the beans are verboten on LC but I fancied them anyway. Not sure what to have with it, will have to be salad I think. Have some taco shells but that may just be pushing it too much. Used to top with crushed doritos and melted cheese in the good old days. Sigh.
Feeling thinner (haven't weighed myself as quite like deluding myself).
Some time ago, i posted a link to a youtube recipe for tacos, they were made out of melted cheese and looked great.
(the cook was munching them and said they were fab)
I dont think i'll be able to find it now as i've been drinking retsina all afternoon, ( was so like being back in Greece) and i havent eaten since breakfast.
Am just having some cheese and pepperami, thankfully, i made a curry for the boys before i started on the wine
I may have to lie down soon.0 -

Ha ha, i outwitted the cat on my very first attempt.
Only done it once more since though. (that was this morning not since the wine indulgence)
I have been buying new swimsuits in anticipation of my holiday, and i must say, i look quite acceptable.
Not good, but ok considering.0 -
I have been using tins of black soya beans for chilli beans and they are awesome; not the least bit 'soya-y' and very low in carbs. I got them from either lowcarbmegastore or avidlite, I can't remember which though I will try and check.0

Ooh, been beautiful today, bit gone so dark, can hear thunder approaching.0 -
i literally noticed it within days really as we had a new sunbed shop open and were giving away free minutes so i took advantage and had a couple of sessions and saw a difference immediately instead of having to build up a base like normal
Remember the EU have reduced the amount of UVB in sunbed tubes so buying your own sunbed and putting high UVB tubes in it may be a better option. The above research was done before the EU changes.
A full body sun session will produce more than 5000iu signficantly more than the 400iu in UK supplements.

Don't think I've seen black soy beans in the supermarkets, although I can get plain ordinary soy beans are they as good
Would an ethnic store maybe have the black ones?0
