Hello
I'm back. Had the decorators in and I managed to box up the laptop with everything else! Still back to normal now, I've also been laid low with a virus - apparently there's about 3 different ones doing the rounds. Mine is headache, no voice and painful chest. But with much fluids and rest it should go.
On the lc front, I am now on day 19 and when I weighed last week I had lost one and a quarter pounds but I feel thinner.lol That is - my trousers are loose and my wrists now have bones in them.
I bought lots of books from Amazon, Dr Bernstein, Dr Schwarzbein, DeWayne McCulley and Dr Clarke and read them from my sickbed. Got totally confused and have now decided to stick to Dr Dahlqvist as that is easier to follow and allows some beans ( when I ate carbs it was a lot of lentils and beans ) so given time I hope to have a good result. My next lot of bloods is due this Thursday - sugars, etc and I am going to make an appointment to discuss same with my GP (usually you just ring and they say 'all normal' no need to bother the doc) He's also testing my vit D levels so that should be interesting.
Am busy catching up on all the posts that I have missed but may I say well done on all those fab losses I've been reading about. Hope it will be me one day.
Gorgeous day here in sunny Peacehaven, will take my coffee (with my coconoil) into the garden. Hope you all have a lovely day.
