  • :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:I have no idea! She couldnt be more specific. Could have been worse, she could have said I smelled like fish  Now, where is my tofu?

    heehee.
I've been getting complaints about my breath from my OH (who by the way NEVER brushes his teeth- do not get me started!!!), so ive upped brushing my teeth to 4 times a day and flossing twice. I read that this is because my body is in ketosis.

I've been so bad on my diet this weekend. I think its just because i'm fed up with everything and a little bit down. Im forcing myself tommorow to go back to being strict though, as i know i'll feel worse if i start putting weight on. I feel as if i'm really not losing it quick enough.
Kids are at their grannys tonight again (she's really spoiling me.lol) so going to get back to my wine. might watch a comedy to try to cheer up rather than sit like a doore faced sod. Dyed my hair to cover up the greys and going to put on some nice nail polish, so maybe this will help.

hope everyone is well and enjoying their saturday night.
    xx

I was very pleased today to be able to try clothes on in a 'normal' clothes shop. It was a very big pat on the back for me :D

what size would you consider as being normal? :o
  • Good morning all *said in a very shaky voice*

I feel very, very ill :@( *that's a sad, piggy face btw*

At BBQ yesterday (it peed down) & drank too much & ate too little. I blame my niece, she made punch, ugh, makes me feel sick just typing that.

Anyway, I was fine until I suddenly hit the brick wall & then I was sick & had to come home. Went straight to bed.

It's stupid o'clock now BUT I've just been outside & heard the Dawn Chorus :@)

Off to attempt a cup of coffee now. You might not see me again today but hello everyone *waves in a very weak & wobbly fashion*

  • Btw focus, I suppose I would class size 16 and under to be 'normal' size.

:@( hehe, i love the piggy face, didnt get it at first

Well i do sympathise, peeps may say its self inflicted but its easy to do it and makes you feel so terrible next day, so just sleep it off if you can ;) although, i always crave baked beans too

Very cloudy here, although its back to summer on wed, so roll on.

Didnt eat a great deal yesterday and carbs were at 40g, but my cals were only about 1200, so i should be dropping weight, and as i woke up really hungry and 'empty' i weighed, not lost a fraction (accurate scales) and its bugging me now icon8.gif

Good on you and your Mum :j:j:j What is your target?

Dont have a concrete goal in mind, maybe about 8st? Not sure to be honest.

I had some dessert at work yesterday:o Ah well, felt a bit weird afterwards, dont think i'll be doing that again! Have been super good though so its not the end of the world.

Hope everyone has a good lcing day.

That would be nice, it was a normal clothes shop, but the clothes went up to a 20. I was dead chuffed though, was size 26 when I started this.
There is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so.

Hi all - feeling much better today (but annoyed - why couldn't I feel better yesterday?). I've had coconut porridge for breakfast, but I'm a bit stuck for lunch, may just have to have mung bean thread with tofu and mushrooms...

Well, I'm off to Glasto on Tuesday which is also when I start taking the ThermoSlim. I'm expecting dramatic results, as well as a 24/7 party while I'm at it! So just sitting here braiding my hair today (much easier to look after).
