just to let you know they had the atkins for life cookbook in poundland the other day
uses lots of products ie bake mix, lowcarb bread etc but for a pound if worth a look

As of today, yes!!
My plan of action is to do 30 mins of wii fit every morning, followed by a 30 minute brisk walk (come rain or shine) & if I'm feeling really energetic I might try & fit in a 30 minute bike ride as well!! That's the plan anyway

Hope everyone doing ok today.
Day 1 of my new regimeso feeling positive!! Have done my 30 minutes of wii fit & I'm just having a breather & some brekkie (fresh fruit smoothie, mmmmmmmmm) & then I'll get my backside out for a walk.
Regarding the wii fitit told me I was 11lbs heavier than the last time I was on it (28 days ago) sob, sob!! Got weighed this morning & I am a bit of a heifer (again) these days
Since I started low-carbing in January I've lost 7lbs but between then & now it had been as much as 21lbs loss, think I should change my name to Yo Yo!! Not good.
Anyway, I'm not going to dwell on it (much) & I'm going to really, really, really try harder this time :rolleyes: Watch this space.

i havent loss anything this week, but im glad i didnt gain. the scales are not my friend lol they keep jumping up and down, might be water though cos i do tend to drink alot of that.
sss before i used to eat everything and i mean everything there wasnt much i didnt like eating :S anyway now i snack on anything that i can find thats low carb. pepperamis, cheese, cold meat slices, pork scratchings (but now ive discovered crunchs )and i love sweet stuff. Been experimenting abit to try and find things i like and that im allowed to eat in modernation. Ive made an choco ice cream, choco mousse, baked egg custard, flax cookie
and last night i tried the almond cake (i love this!!) it was the first cakey thing ive had in the whole month ive been doing this. i will defo make that again but next time i might smother it with some cream hehe. But i only treat myself on sundays. During the week i try and just eat meat and veg, salads and pepperamis and cheese. its on sundays that i allow myself the nuts cos once i start i cant stop myself. they are so heavenly!!
