They have hold it all in dress type things at la senza -

    http://www.lasenza.co.uk/controlwear/control_dress/control_dress_control_wear.htm

At OH's works party a chick I was talking too had a hold it all in body suit and it had buttons at the crotch as it's impossible to get off when you need a widdle. Sexy!

Wouldn't one simply put it to one side? For the wee1ing! Had to do that LOADS when body suits were in. WAS sexy, imagine fingers trying to sort it out. Stretching yourself made it more intimate :) Quick knowledge of those buttons made helping (where necessray) fun!

Just wish I had the figure now for the fun I remember :rotfl:

Wow mercy, you may be even lighter by morning..
I think i may give the keto cocktail a go ;):D

Sweet, i made my tarts the same as you icon14.gif
We call them 'bathers' round here too :rotfl:

Am too tired to shower but i know i wont sleep well if i dont have one so i better had.

I was told about a great little item, 95p in tesco, exfoliating gloves..
They are brill, wear them to shower, squirt of gel and wash away, they make your skin all tingly and glowing and exfoliated..
But they do look a bit daft.

Not recommended if you are showering with Sawyer tho alias, very un-sexy :rotfl:

But your skin will be all silken when he's running his hands over afterwards ;)

    Diet update:

    Monday
    - Raw carrot, olives and feta cheese
    - Veggie sushi
    - Half an avocado
    - Babycorns
    - Sweet potato and chilli dip
    - Two egg custard tarts
    - Greek yoghurt
    - Spiced plums with cream

    Today
    - Greek yoghurt and manuka honey, stewed bramley apple and spiced plums
    - Scrambled egg, veggie sausage and sliced tomato
    - Babycorn, sweet potato dip and half an avocado
    - Custard tart
    - Strawberries and dark chocolate

I had an early morning swim this morning, plus yoga in the steam room, absolutely lush :) Then I was feeling extra energetic so I ran up 22 flights of stairs in the office. Well, ran 12 floors, nearly collapsed and walked the rest.

Then on the way home a man flogged me five punnets of fresh strawberries for £1.50. Bargain, but must be used quickly! Recipes please!!! (I've got the stewed strawberry tart thing).

    Good morning all!

mazzers, you were right. I am even lighter this morning :j

    Got up for a pee 5ish and I'm now 11st 4lbs! that's a whopping 7lbs lighter than last weds :T

    Basics
    2-3 litres water a day
    Keto cocktail
b - boiled egg, scratchings or cheese
    snack - nothing
L - either cold omlette / hotdogs and cheese with lots of lettuce, toms, green beans, baby sweetcorn etc
    keto cocktail aroung 6pm
D - BEFORE 7pm Greek yogurt (~250ml) with chopped pecans and a squirt of agave sweetener.
Supper - 100mls double cream plus vanilla.

Thats weekdays, weekend I had fry up, and went mental for stuffed roasted veg. Basically same as above though.

I think the keto cockatil twice a day has made most difference. That and not touching complex carbs at all :)

I have had a strongbow or voddie on occasion in the eve if I've felt like it :):):)

This seems to be working, let's see what week 2 brings :rotfl:

Have a lovely day, all! Back this eve

Need to get on the wii fit today as I feel so sluggish when I dont exercise

morning all, last night after dinner i was really craving some nuts and i didnt have anything in :( so i had some peanut butter by itself. it was so nice but my throat pays the price now as its all dry now. I always get this affect from peanutbutter even when i used to eat it on toast :P anyway i know i sort of cheated but i feel better that i didnt grab a bag of crisps or a bar of chocolate which i so easier could have lol.
