Brilliant news Gaye.
I dont ever recall you saying that you've stalled at all?
Have you lost consistently since you started??
Anyway, well done on being ahead of target.
Alias.. Dont worry, we missed the moaning, you just carry on, things wouldn't be the same if you didn't
Good luck..
Lesley, i dont even bother weighing til totm as the lbs are up and down all the time and it just annoys me.

Thank you. Occasionally when it's been TOTM I haven't lost that week, but otherwise it's been fairly consistent at 1lb a week. This week was 2 lb which suprised and amazed me. When will it stop? Not until I've reached my target, I hope! And the really amazing thing is that all I've done is 'tweeked' my normal diet. I am absolutely thrilled! :jVegetarian. Have cut out all high carb food. Not following any particular plan.Started 20/1/2009. Weight lost so far 29lbs. Target weight loss 38lb in total.0 -

Funnily enough, altho i've lost a few lbs at a time, its now been 12 weeks and i've lost 12 lb, so maybe it evens out at a pound a week.
