Morning Everyone another early start here as I want to get my wii fit done before the kids are up and about its hard to concentrate when they start fighting or demanding things

Its been a bit of an upsy downsy weekend here as I managed to put 3lbs on without even being a bad girl but I reckon it was down to fluid retention cos I havent been drinking enough. But I've lost 2lbs again so only 1lb to go to get back to what I was

We're off to Hollingworth Lake today to take the kids for a lovely long walk, a play on the play area and to spend the change they saved for the hols in the penny arcade there.Hubby wants to call into BAS which is an aquatic shop but its quite a drive from the lake but we'll see

Marrowgirl dont be downhearted by people not commenting on your weight loss.I lost four stone before people came up to me and asked if I was losing weight. For gods sake I'd gone from a size 20/22 to a 14 at that time and they were amazed when I said four stone so just content yourself with the personal satisfaction of losing weight and you wait in a few weeks time they will start asking

Sweet, i have emailed lowcarbmegastore complaining cos i added two glutens and two pastas to see the postage for you but it was £4.95.
So i added seven pastas and twas the same, then i only had one pasta on its own and was still the same amount.

Told them to plz explain as they say P&P is by weight :confused:QUOTE]

Thanks for doing that, mazzers :D That's terrible though, isn't it - will be interesting to hear how they [STRIKE]talk their way out of[/STRIKE] explain that one!!

    Morning all :hello:

Feeling very tired & a bit carp this morning :( Got woken up at 4am by a noise outside - think it was a bird but it was so loud I think it must have been sat on the flipping window ledge!! Still awake at 5.30am but then must have dozed off until the alarm went off at 6.30am.

Woke up with lower belly ache :( Has eased off a bit now but still feels a bit uncomfortable.

Anyway, enough of the 'feeling sorry for myself' mood!! :D

Got weighed this morning & have lost a lb last week!! Should I admit that I weighed myself yesterday & it was 2lbs?! I know, I know, why did I weigh myself yesterday?! The lure of the scales was just too strong, that's why!! :rotfl: Slave to the scales, and all that!!

Will be attempting to make my fish pie for dinner tonight - another first time ever!! Might buy some prawns to go in it, pad it out a bit seeing as hubby wants to try some (with mashed potato instead of cauli mash ) Will let you know what it's like.

Have a good day everyone. Will post my menu for the day later

    Me again..

Am feeling very slim this morning

    My uniform trousers definately looser.
Need to order a smaller top too.

Bought pyjama bottoms yesterday and wanted a 14-16 but they came as a 12-14 or 16-18, was unsure what to get but got the 12-14 and i know they are only pj's, but they fit.. Yay... and they are not stretchy 'jersey cotton' but the unstretchy
cotton that shirts are made out of icon7.gif

Take note new peeps... My scales are not showing any loss

So dont give up when the scales lie, you are still losing but retaining water.
yay!!! well done mazzers. you must be so chuffed.
    xxx

The first person to notice I had lost weight was my dad, and that was after 3 1/2 stone! The only reason he noticed was because I had new clothes on, so I think if you are wearing the same ol' things, then less people would notice.

Well done mazzers! I practically live in my primark pyjama bottoms, mine are all 16-18 though, and constantly fall down, makes me feel slim though!

I STILL have diawahwah! The vomiting has completely stopped and I feel fine, except for when my stomach goes and I have to throw DD out the bathroom mid pee, was funny though as my cat never leaves me alone and follows me everywhere probably thinking I carry packets of Felix in my bra, anyhow, it's usual place is to sit on the scales and stare at me, well it soon ran after I was having the toilet, even DD walked past (she is going through a sniffing phase) and I heard her sniff and all I heard was "YUUUUUUUK GUSTING MUM I GONNA BE SICK!!" Ah well, only fair to spread the love around.

Haven't eaten today, don't fancy it, was considering some scrambled egg. I'll see!

yeah but who knows exactly what kind of "meat" doner is??? :rotfl:assming lamb & dont want to know if any different!

Oooooooo i love a kebab they taste so good :o ive only just started back on this diet but im trying to not be as strict as before so that if i had something that i think is nice, kebab for example its not really cheating as much as eating several slices of toast (which i can so easily do lol)

Im drilling my head into thinking not a diet lifestyle choice, so i choose to eat kebab meat and not feel guilty about it because i resisted the lure of the pitta bread lol it makes sense in my head :rotfl:

hey everyone, didnt pop on over the weekend but ive still been a good lcer :) had several meals with the extended family and i didnt cheat. Well except when i ate alot of honey roasted cashews :( but to be fair that was my only treat the whole weekend and it was right after my weekly weigh in :D ive given away my scales now so cant keep jumping on and off them. So far after a week ive lost 6lbs :D very very happy with this and feel so much better in myself. I dont mind if it doesnt come off as quickly as last time as long as i dont feel like im struggling so much. Its been awhile since ive gone past a week on this diet, normally do well mon-fri and then cave on sat and sun. Not this time!!

I dont really miss bread at the minute but pizza does sound appealing :) might have to get ready to make some cauli crust soon :) anyone have any tips on how to get the cauli dry? i always end up making it to wet.

    Hiya peeps

Still feeling carp so have just mooched about in the house today :o

Been looking at vitamin/supplement websites as I think I may need to bite the bullet & just buy a whole load of 'em - gonna be expensive though. Have looked at Simply Supplements & Healthspan, does anyone know any other places I can try?? Need them to be cheap but good

    Menu for today

B - pork escalope (couldn't face an egg today)
    L - roasted yellow pepper
    D - fish pie

Button, I think you are right about people not noticing weight loss when you are still wearing the same ol' things.

It's difficult though when you are at that 'inbetween' stage where you have lost weight but maybe don't see yourself as slimmer so you are reluctant to buy anything new. Talking about myself there!! :o But I dread the thought of buying something in a smaller size & it still being too small for me :( Would be a crushing blow.

I'm still wearing the same size clothes as I was 18lbs ago  Yeah, my jeans are baggy but I feel comfortable in them :o

Have never made cauli crust pizza so can't help you on the 'wringing out' procedure.
