Forgot to say, the bread is soo easy, just mix all the dry ingredients, throw in the oil, stir in the water, (to which i added the sugar and yeast) mix and knead for 5 mins.. easy peasy.
Another tip was to avoid getting the salt and yeast into contact which is why i added it to the sugar and water, giving it a head start.0 -
Hi everyone
Just thought I'd pop in to say, see you in a couple of weeks
Off to Gatwick tomorrow and then flying to Orlando Tuesday
We're so excited (I'm worse than the kids)
I'll log on later but I'm determined not to turn my laptop on tomorrow as I have so much packing to do. I'm sending the kiddies to school in the morning so I have the house to myself to ransackand picking them up after dinners and then OFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE GOOOOOOOOOO
Good luck to all you new (and old) low carbers.I hope you manage to stick to the plan. I doubt whether I will:rolleyes: but it is a holiday:DIf you think nobody cares whether you're alive or dead, try missing a couple of mortgage payments.
My way is Atkins0 -
hi folks
how bad is it having a kebab? not the pitta or chilli sauce or salad, just the doner & chicken kebab meat?? Also- what form does splenda come in? is it like sugar granules or powder? wondered if i could make candy floss with it to satisfy a sweet tooth.? clothes feel loose today btw & today is officially 1 week. bought some vest tops for hols today & whilst a little more clingy than i'd like round the middle tyre, they are now a 16 instead of 18 & hols in 6 weeks so should be fine by then! trousers are 18 but massive on waist (mind always have been but used to be tight on hips and now loose on hips too! YIPPEEE!!!:DMortgage Balance May 25- £9975. Planning to be paid off by Dec 25🎄0 -

I wouldnt worry too much, is only meat, and better than going the whole hog.
I use any powdered sweetener, just call it splenda out of habit.
Dont know about the candy floss, my meringues weren't exactly meringue-like,
were soft and puffy.0 -

I know, is nice though.
You dont have to do induction to lose weight, so dont panic.
You will just lose at a slower pace supposedly.
If it makes it easier to stick to, go for it i say.
As long as its going off not on i'm pretty happy.0 -
