If you have time/energy/fork/foodprocessor you can blend the blue cheese with philly and/or soft butter. Costs considerably lessEat food. Not too much. Mostly plants - Michael Pollan

Just tried a top I bought a few years ago but was too tight across the shoulders and arms - It now FITS! This is all thanks to Callanetics and wall press ups. I will have to tone up a little bit more if I want to wear a jumper underneath but I am thrilled at the progress made, just the encouragement I need to keep going. I've got another summer top was too tight when I bought it, so my next goal is to get comfortably into that.
The other day I accidentally cut some of my celeriac chips too thin. They came out like crisps and were delicious. If anyone is hankering after crisps this might be an alternative. I expect it will be much easier with a mandolin slicer. Just slice the celeriac extremely thinly, place on a baking tray, cover in oil (or dot with lard/coconut oil) and bake in a moderate oven for about 10 mins.Weight loss 0/2st

Thanks daska, I'll try that next week.
The coconut bombs are moreish, two table spoons of coconut oil, one tablespooon of ground almonds, one teaspoon of stevia or sweetner of choice, one teaspoon of coco powder, a few drops of peppermint essence. Mix to a paste then set in small balls, like aniseed ball size.
Very nice.
Today I had egg mayo for breakfast on a gg cracker, lunch was a mcdonalds double cheese burger without the bun, dinner is meats with coleslaw.Life is short, smile while you still have teeth0 -

I've got a LC bakewell tart recipe - thinking of trying it this weekend - which uses this as the base for an 8" tin.
150g ground almonds
35g butter
1 egg white
It needs to be prebaked for 10 minutes @ 175 deg c. It can be quite sticky so needs to be pressed into the tin rather than rolled. I spose you could add some sweetener if you're that way inclined.0
