I just wondered whether hypno chap had done a regression with you to see where it all started from.
He didn't regress me but he asked a lot of questions before the actual part where the hypno began. We spoke at length about my childhood and about what he called an unconscious 'blueprint' that is 'absorbed' by a person while they grow.
Basically my problems stem from my parents, my Father's unfair treatment of me (not abusive) and my Mother's attempts to appease both him and I.
Obviously that's the condensed version.Herman - MP for all!0 -
Hello!
Kind of all fired up again this weekend.
The juice fast this time was much easier with no real hunger and no headache. I suppose my body trusts me moreI'm off to have giant mushrooms (lidl half price
) bacon medallions and eggs after this post.
Also have the makings of a large sauerkraut which made today will be ready by Bonfire night. Will take a little longer with cooler temperatures so will likely be at the 6 weeks stage rather than the actual 7 weeks.
Got some cut price turkey thigh mince at asda earlier. This will be made into 1lb burgers for freezing and use over next couple of weeks. It's a nice size to get 2 or 3 meals out of. I add onion, stock cube seasoning and egg. That'll make 2 turkey and 3 beef to go at :rotfl: Using Pork mince from freezer to do same but cooking it for this week.
Also, inspired by alias, I'm doing me tooHaircut, bathing till I squeek, pedicure and defoliation (pass the scythe:rotfl:)
Have a lovely Sunday, all!

Yep. Thigh mince. :rotfl: Never seen that before myself either. As thigh is tastier i grabbed it all and put it in my trolley. Will let you know if it's nice as I hope. Turkey mince normally makes ones hands smell weird so doing that first in the hope it wears off into the beef and the pork

Aliasojo/Mercy - I bought some turkey thigh mince whoopsied last week, first time i had seen it as well. it was lovely
sistercas - thank you, will check out amazon.
sweet - that makes sense. and some people do thing little and often is how to lose weight.
aliasojo - thats brilliant. i would hope that is what i would do but i would pobably move the trolly and then struggle.
Mercy - went back to lidl today and got more cabbage, its now been blanched and in the freezer in portions. :T and so are the carrots.
popped to lidl today and got more cabbage and 30% off gammon steaks. I did get their sausages as even though they are a bit high carb than I usually go for, but at that price I will put up with it! and they are nice. the pork ones are lower than the others.
also went to asda and got the ground almonds so i might actually have toad in the hole this week. and they have 50g bags of almonds 5 for £2. Handy to keep in bag for emergencies. and i got whoopsied baby spinache so that will be for my tea tomorrow as having pork roast today. might even treat myself and have a bit of parsnip0 -

I can assure you I do not encourage my kids (or anyone else for that matter) to overeat.
I also do not consider eating healthy low carbohydrate meals a "stupid diet"
WE knew what you meant, babe.

Mind you, maybe the woman is royally annoyed she couldn't park where she wanted and has now gone home to eat herself calm.
I don't care. :rotfl:
Good job.
Unnecessarily pushy folks deserve to swerve off beam on occasion. She'll probably go home and be just as abrasive as normal :rotfl: No one else will even notice - including her lordly self :rotfl:
And if a few pounds lay on, she'll likely be no more abrasive to the gym folk than she is normally
That's what you need to know.
Folk like that are used to folk LIKE YOU not letting them be boss. Doesn't happen often but enough to know when they're beat
You keep on being the new assertive of your space you.

Really good value on their veg Lidl. Sign up to their email, makes me lol lots on occasion but keeps a head's up on cheap and good quality veg. The email let's me know if it's worth popping in.
I also use Lidl dishwasher tabs and biological washing liquid. Both v cheap per use and work well.
Enjoy your parsnip - you're worth it
