I dreamed of the Mighty Boosh! I was Vince's girlfriend! He had to tell me a tale and I experienced my own Boosh madness! Sometimes wish I could sleep the whole day through :) :rotfl:

    hiya!

What plan are you following? Can't help thinking two apples will mess with your blood sugar. If you have a plan of choice it's handy to put it in your sig so we can offer advice if you want it. Maybe next time take a couple of sausages, boiled egg, cheese. extra drumstick :) instead of the fruit? They will fill you up more and stabilise your sugar, therefore insulin. This should stop sudden hunger. I'm never really hungry eating like this but know when it's time to eat.

    Hey Mercy,

im not following any specifics plans at the moment, im just doing it low carb. afew years ago i was advised a plan where it was low carbish :

    B - 1 weetabix with skimmed milk
    S- fruit
    L - Salad with ham/tuna/chicken with fruit
D - Salad again or vegetables and mean
    S - Fruit

I started doing that for 2 weeks and slowly it altered to adapt to something i was more capable of sticking to.

So this time im just trying to do it low carb but not 20g because i find that way too restricting when im used to eating so much bread or potatoes. Any tips or advice is appreciated :).

Have to say that's not a v low carb diet. You don't really want weetabix or fruit and you milk should be full fat. Sounds a bit paleo rather than low carb, although there are no high carbs. Couldn't expect anyone to stick to that for long I expect. Bit limiting.

Have you checked out Dr Dahlqvist's method? Link is on page one of this thread. May be useful. I have been using it as it gives you complete freedom l/c wise and great guidelines.
