Glad I didn't take any fibresure (as planned) before making supper
:rotfl:
Didn't intend to eat the lot but I bet there's not a carb to be seen once you take off the fibre. Was surprisingly substantial too. Highly recommended!
Off for a chapter of my book then blessed sleep
Nite nite all!

Morning all, lovely day but cold.
Only had my 3pm meal yesterday and 8pm had some home boiled ham and two buttery scrambled eggs, boy do i feel thin today
Lost 2lb but they are the two fluctuating lbs, so am still the same, but this doesn't usually happen motm so big hopes for totm
Now that bit of code has even confused me :rotfl:
Dreamed of chickens last night as i spent the night doing some research :rotfl:
Will wait and see if i get full time and see how i adapt to it first tho.0 -

mazzers you're getting to be a bit like a runaway horse if you get my meaning. :rotfl:You're doing well but make sure you eat enough ...yesterday sounded a bit skimpy on the old food intake scale.
It's been a few weeks since I felt thin so I need to get that feeling back I think....it helps to keep you going. Tis a bit like saving...when you're skint, you think...what's the point, and when you're loaded you think.....I like this, I'm not spending. :rotfl:
I was very hungry last night and ended up eating some cold cooked meat late on. I think it will take a wee while to get back into my old routine but I'm gonna be trying hard, lol. My sausages for breakki are under the grill right now which is early compared to my old routine but I'm just going with the 'if you're hungry, eat' thing until I get back into the swing of it again.
Well done focus, keep it up.
Quite fancy Mercy's cracker thing, only when I made the oven one before...... I ate it all so I might steer clear for now.
No Sweet this morning?
Talking of dreams, I had loads of weird mini ones last night. One of them involved me getting locked in a large airtight freight container. Wasn't nice, I felt really panicky when I woke up cos I knew I was going to suffocate. I kinda know that's my subconscious telling me something but I wish I had an off switch for it.
Anyway, have a good day all.Herman - MP for all!0 -
Good morning all :hello:
It's pouring with rain here & totally miserable, even the stray cat doesn't want to go out!! He took one look outside & hot-footed it back to his temporary bed!! He was in all night as well so he must be crossing his legs by now!! :rotfl:
Unfortunately, I do have to go out today, boo hoo, but no way am I staying out long!!
Hope everyone doing ok today. Well done on the weight losses peeps.
