    hi

we only have 2 small ones, i popped into one of them but they only had the sainsburys own (not value) smooth at 8.2g and not been to the other today as i totally forgot when i was in my car! next time drive (trying to save diesel) i will go to the other one and have a lookie. :D

i popped into asda today and checked all thiers and lidls even though i am sure i have already checked them all (you never know)! its becoming an obsession with me now! :rotfl:

I bought brazil nut butter once as it was quite lc, rather expensive and not very nice, would rather have a teeny bit of the real thing.

Been so lazy today, had a cooked brekkie with my youngest boy then fell asleep on sofa, woke up to a bit of tv, then on lappy :o
Just couldn't get going, feel a bit fed up :( anyhoo got moving eventually and lc bread rolls and that nutty spiced cake in the oven and bread in BM.
    sod the cleaning!!

    so to recap..
    cooked brekkie
mex fudge, sausage, yogurt and strawbs, salami, almonds (not together lol)
chicken curry with a dollop of yogurt.
been very picky due to boredom.

Drat.. it's true for me, 20-21lb and i stop losing :(

I have been contemplating the fast-5 from one of the recent links, dont get set breaks in work atm but maybe next week in my new temp job i will.

Basically you eat in a 5 hour window, then fast for the next 19 hrs, i thought maybe a good lunch at 1pm, then something at 6pm, then fast til 1pm next day and so on.
Unsure how the eating works, you cant gorge the entire 5 hrs, and dont know if two meals are allowed, so will have to check.

Cake out, looks great, not sweet enough though, will use more splenda next time, remembered to keep oven below 170 too.
Will be fine for my lunchbox.

ive been looking at IF = similar to the fast 5 only this is 16/8 so basically having an evening meal around 6 then fasting till lunch time the next day , means you are asleep for some of it :D

HMMM, Sistercas your linky made me think about what i`ve been doing for the last few days.

    Wake about 4am
    Brekkie about 0730 - 8am
    Dinner about 1130 - 12pm
    Tea about 5 or 6pm
Nowt until 8 am next day

I`ve not snacked later than 6ish for the last 3 or 4 days although i did between meals earlier in the day so i`ve been going a good 12 or 13 hours without food - wonder if this is how i lost the 3lb?

Of course when my shifts change every 7 days i can`t keep to the same eating window but wonder if it will still work.

Today is the exception as i fell asleep earlier and have only been awake an hour so i`ve not eaten yet tonight, may do, may only have a snack after reading this.

Planning on starting the GC again soon :p

    Hello all :hello:
Carvery was very nice last night. I had one tiny roastie and didn't like it at all (overcooked and hard) so was very good, even managed to refuse chocolate birthday cake.

Who was it that posted about making prawn curry? I've just cooked it and eaten a bowl, I couldn't make 5/6 portions, but will probably get 4 out of it. It was delicious!! Thank you :T

Went into a different Sainsbobs today and bought another jar of the stuff. Same geographical area, same batch number on jar and same carb count and only 62p today (paid 93p the other day). I don't want to go on about it - it could well be a misprint, but tbh it is not as thick as regular pnb, perhaps it has more oil in it, lowering the count. No more from me on the subject, I promise.

Interesting about the interval eating thing. I'm going to try to not weigh myself until next week.

Just read the whole e-book... It's a bit confusing, it states you're only eating one meal a day, so why the five hour window? surely one hour is enough to eat until full? (takes me five mins :D )
I can eat a lot in five hours
