This just goes to show how very unfit I am, I have only been ripping things up and putting them in a bag and I am very warm, am not out of breath but it's getting that way:rolleyes:. Have filled 3 bags now and the room is even more untidy:confused: An abject lesson in not biting off more than you can chew.

Have also found my old passport which went out of date in 2002:rolleyes: and £1.01 in coins. Off to start on bag 4. icon9.gif

Sarah - you are hereby awarded the honour of the Golden Bin Bag. :T

That's a fine decluttering you have done; three bin bags is not to be sneezed at, and every corner explored is a rustling step closer to that recalcitrant passport and/or driving licence.

Glad the dentist went ok, and I entirely see the need for a medicinal cappuccino afterwards. ;)

Thanks Hollyberry, I accept the Golden Bin Bag with great pride.:D

Can anyone explain to me how on earth it is possible to fill 5 bin bags with rubbish from one small room and yet said small room does not appear any tidier? Am about to start bag number 6 and will keep going until it looks spotless. Actually, I did leave the room and come back and noticed it looked slightly less full, but its still a tip icon9.gif Still no closer to the elusive passport/licence but I will rip this place apart if I have to, I am not paying for replacements.icon8.gif

It was yummy, but you are right, it was purely for medicinal purposes. I needed it to get over the shock. good job I didn't have any work done or I would have needed medicinal shoes.:D

    Hi everybody :hello:

Nearly the weekend, a long one for me - sympathy to all of you who are working :A

Food declaration for today - cereal, egg mayo and watercress sandwich (DFW homemade again!), raspberries, beef stroganoff and 1 litre of water. Not too bad but am going to treat myself to a glass of wine when I'm watching the Apprentice - my treat for today

Still not cracked the exercise tho - I have good intentions every morning, I even took my gym bag today, but by the end of the day I'm knackered and can't face it
