Ooh cheese!:p I have scrapped my making lunch and opted for a macaroni pie (which i will get with my weekly treat cappuccino tomorrow)
I've just had an egg roll for my supper and now have a hankering for something cheesy...i think i shall have the last LOW FAT chocolate trifle...mmmmm;).
i weighed myself yesterday:eek::eek::eek: OMG how can it be possible to put on 3 pounds in a week...i'm putting it down to bloating (as if you could tell) because that's the only way i can make it without having yet another wee breakdown! I have even stopped reading my binge eating book so its my own damn fault!:mad:
I am thinking about buying the Emotional eating kit by Bach remedies- anyone heard of or tried it? Bacause i need a SERIOUS kick up the butt before i explode.
Actually it may start with NOT having a macaroni pie for lunch.:rolleyes:Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heavenMatthew 5:30 -
