And yes to not living without all of the above. (although I'm not a huge cheese fan, I like it but I never get the craving for it - unlike chocs, cakes, biscuits etc etc)

I hear you makeup...i like things with cheese IN but not just a bit of cheese- it gotta be melted on or inside...hmmmmmm.
then of course are all the sweet things...hmmmmm...(as loud voice in head says DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT MISSY!!!) I'm a lost cause. anyhow off to dust my compulsive eating book off and i will not be having a bed time snack!

By the way is anyone still on WW- i am contemplating making the sacrifice of paying for the privelege to put on weight but slower than i would on my own:o
    Yes Lordy lord i'm a hot mess!

I am about to fall asleep so will have to wimp out after only 2 glasses of wine ( 13.7% though ;)) & head for my lovely clean bed & funny book.

Love cats but just cant face up to the responsibilty at the moment. Have said to DD that we might get another hamster after hol ...

cost of hamster equipment inlcuding cage, house, bedding etc = roughly £70

cost of hamster = roughly £5

life span of last hamster = one year

We need a lot more hamsters to justify the cost of all the stuff which is still in the shed

    night night all

I forgot to mention I've sold a book on Green Metropolis!! :j:j

First one through them and I'm a bit worried as out of all the books I've got for sale it is in the worse condition.

I put it down as 'acceptable' which is the lowest category they have.....

Hopefully my buyer isn't too fussy!
I've got my own flat :j:j

Now I have to pay the bills

And feed my interiors addiction ;)

    Which book do you have?

I've got 'Eating Less, say goodbye to overeating' which I started but didn't finish.

~And I really need to finish!!!

I noted you mention Bach Remedies Emotional Eating kit or similar - what is involved in that? And how much cash?!!!

I feel your pain ziggles. Why can't the weight loss be as easy as the weight gain?

i got mine from the library- 'Overcoming binge eating' by Dr Christopher Fairburn it also covers those with bulimia or anorexia and really makes sense and makes you keep a food diary etc.
The bach stuff is 9.99 in boots and since i have had fantastic results with the rescue stuff (after years of ignoring it as an option) i thought it might be a better plan. if you look it up it just about sums up all the issues-
    • Crab Apple, the cleansing remedy, which helps you accept your physical imperfections and feel more positive about yourself
    • Cherry Plum, which helps you act rationally and think clearly with a calm and focused mind, so you don't lose control
    • Chestnut Bud, which can help you observe your mistakes objectively so you can change self destructive behavior patterns and choose healthier options.

At least at WW i feel a bit embarassed so i try harder but i'm afraid i would have to stay on it forever with that attitude:o

I love cheese on lasagne and pizza, that is heaven.

Holly I love the colour of Russian Blue's are Burmese a similar colour?

And on the subject of flirting, we've just had a guy in to collect a bed and he asked me if I went out for a date, if I could tell just by looking at the bed if it was a decent one, told him I look for the name plate on the bottom, and then I can tell if it's carp or not(I wish) any way he went away laughing
