    Morning all!

Just in work and wanted to pop by to say hello!

SarahB, your new bedding sounds fun! But then, I am slightly weird and do get excited by new bedding :)

    Hey all,

oooh yes to new bedding :) my recently acquired set is now billowing ( love that word) on the line & I am a happy bunny today. Not being on that stupid site means I no longer feel the urge to trawl through all the desperadoes in vain .

Well done for stepping away form the flight bag sarah :A one of my last major purchases on the old CC was a beeeyoooootifulll turquoise leather one with a pink satin lining & so many pockets it kept me amused for days just working out what to put in each one :o. I have used it for its real purpoose precisely twice & one of those times was when camping  - I was desperate to use it as it has waited for a 'whisker' for many a long month

Now off to clean my bathroom ... - must check my temperature :rotfl:

    Hiya Everyone,
Been lurking but it's hard to keep up with it all, and my internet at home is playing up and I haven't found the motivation to sort it yet.
I love new bedding, but I really love putting clean sheets on the bed, if I had the time it would be every day cos I reckon I sleep better, and I've got a habit of buying 100% cotton ones cos there softer.
Lula how's the allotment? I got my last lot of parsnips in at the weekend and decided to cut my raspberry canes down and managed to hit my self in the eye, do I ever learn, and my pak choi are coming on they look like minature pak choi, I should have planted more, just got to get my fennel in, it seems like the summer's almost over when there's nothing to plant out.
Got to pretend to work so I'll be back, oh forgot to mention got a newish new car, part of me thinks I must be mad who wants to look after a car, but the old one was going to cost too much to get through the mot, it drives like a dream tho.

Makeup - hope everything goes well with the baby:D

Lula - Congrats on all the tidying and painting you've been doing, its amazing how much better it can make you feel - and sorry to hear about Dr Fish (Porter Fish) think you've made the right choice getting off the plenty of freaks site :rotfl:your worth much more than those nutters - remember you are F Fabulous!

Sarah - I love new bedding, one of my many weaknesses - I have been getting mine recently from TK Maxx, I've had some gorgeous things for the house from there!

Hollyberry - have you found the charger yet?? - Hate it when that happens, I have had motorolas for years but the phone I have now has a different charger and Im forever forgetting where it is - im sure its like socks and knives in my house that little fairies come out when im asleep and move things:rolleyes:

TDQ - Have fun with the aussie girl, life is too short not to make the most of all oppertunities;)

Eco - congrats on the new car! :T

Sorry if i've missed anyone hope your all well.

I've spent the weekend, tidying, sorting out the garden and harvesting the last of the peas, beans, potatoes, cabbages and fruits and freezing
    where possible :)

Ive also ironed everything from the ebay bag, now I just need to photograph it and get it on the site:rolleyes: i really do hate that bit! but must get rid of all the excess junk as its only taking up space!

Just found out my OH's tour (which starts in august) has been extended till Feb so I wont be seeing him over christmas:mad: .... he does look good in his uniform though:D

    Hello all, :hello:

I have been reading this tread for the last week, I started out of idle curiosity but carried on to find out what happened with all the plenty of freaks adventures! (Doc Fish sounds scary - he lost his temper really badly over nothing at all, best avoided I think)

I have been single for a week now, and am quite liking it, and am not in debt but I have been in the past so I know where you are all coming from. Also, am rubbish with money and am quite iresponcible when it comes to prioritising my money -I never manage to put clothes shopping at the bottom of the list, so I thought I would fit right in here (no offence ment ;))

Hope you dont mind me joining

    Hi alll

looks like a good weekend allrong what with tidying, painting, deleting profiles and new people to 'join the madness'
    Hi damnsam and CaroleM:hello:

Well i was just looking in the cutlery drawer and i found one of my table knives is missing:eek: F sake it's a set i bought for a very painful £80 when a student and furishing parent's house (long story) and now we have a 'new' member of the 'family' one of them disappears(probably binned)- is it me or do people who have nothing invested in a place (bills, belongings etc) JUST NOT GIVE A MONKEYS about cleanliness, stocking, personal space, tidying or looking after things????:mad::mad:
So i have now removed my nice cutlery and put in the tesco carppy stuff in there...i know there shall be commentary when 'she who shall not be named' (aforementioned new family member) returns from holidays....Lord help me i need to leave Daddy darling's house ASAP!

    right rant over:o:o
The hair that was supposed to turn out 'Mahogany blonde' (auburn really) came out like a dark ginger- and i overprocessed the shorties in the front so they are really ginger- oooh i'm a ginga ninja:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
i quite like it and i shall now try to have different hair does other than tied into a bun:cool:

One of the goodish things about moving out on my own is that i can buy shiney new things like cutlery as the current ones are all odd anyway!

Well my ex fell down the stairs at his mothers drunkenly last night, now has a cracked rib, better be healed by Friday as hes supposed to be moving into his bedsit.

Today he told me he doesn't think our bed will fit in anyway
Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month
