:rotfl::rotfl: I thought that was just me! My other favourite is couples who sit in restaurants with nothing to say to each other!! - usually when I'm having a great time with a group of fab friends!!!! :D

Oh yes, that is a good one too!

I love freebies too:j I use the line lift before moisuriser, not sure if it works but is my 2nd free one and I am trying to use up my toiletries so I am giving it a go:D I got Dandy Pink Highlighter and I don't even wear blusher:o But it was free:D Also have a voucher for another free one. :j:o

Ooh, I thought dandy looked nice but they had run out and really the Petal Blusher is a smilar colour......

Did you win the extra points on your card? Would be great if Laws of Attraction could bring you those!!
I've got my own flat :j:j

Now I have to pay the bills

And feed my interiors addiction ;)

I think we should all be happy with what we've (not) got! :j
Sometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!

I though Dandy was the nicest but Island Glow would be nice as a bronzer, will choose that one next time:D

I didn't win the extra points, think it may be because I have £70 on my card and they think I am greedy:o

I still want a boyfriend btw, although I am thinking the loose weight and be debt free before that complicates my life!

I'd like a boyfriend - someone to go out with and be available for social occasions and extras...;) maybe not a husband though...

Have you ever gone out on valentines - full of couples who only ever go out then! ouch!!!

True, there is something lovely about going out on a date and getting dressed up. I watched Happy Go Lucky recently - it is a good film and features a single 30 something and she meets a man and goes on a date and has a brilliant time where they click and totally get each other and you can feel the chemistry and that is something I miss...... But I lose that bit really quickly and turn into a crazed neurotic (why hasn't he answered my text, why why??? What does the text mean?? What is the subtext???? etc etc)

I used to work as a waitress and I loved Valentines. So funny - there was always one couple who were hardly on speaking terms or someone would put the meal on his business credit card.....

But have you ever been in work on Valentine's Day when everyone is bragging about what they have been given? Double ouch!

I really dont feel I'm missing out on anything on Valentines; it's just become another commercial opportunity. Everything connected to it is overpriced & anyway I would prefer to have my romantic celebrations at a time that is personally relevant rather than a specified date . Can anyone here tell me why we have Valentines, & on that particular date ?

Oh yeah, that is carp! I really love getting flowers but practically all of my exes have not been the gift-giving kind.....aargh! (maybe that is why I'm happy being single, my exes have just been rubbish!!!!)

when I'm in a relationship I'd sulk if I didn't get a card but it is so naff! something to do with saint valentine? maybe his birthday? cos it fits nicely between xmas and easter to exploit a card/pressie buying opportunity?;)
