Well done on the diet today Shoe Gal,

I've done zero exercise today & have just realised that I've a pub with Dad tomorrow so am torn between it being a freebie - he always pays :) & the fact that there's unlikely to be anything diety on the menu :(

Was very miffed with myself when reading your thread I discovered that I too could have lost all the weight I needed to had I put in the effort since christmas :(

As the school reports always said : Could & should try harder ;)

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:I love the PMA Sarah!!

One of my friends went out while I was away with this whole 'laws of attraction' mantra whereby if you act all fabulous and confident you will draw things to you - he had a great evening and was very 'successful'.

So maybe you are attracting money to you, 1p at a time??

:rotfl:I happen to have a book on the bed next to me called "The Law of Attraction." I was reading it last night to get some positive vibes:D
I have been reading the boots thread and went out on Saturday and got No. 7 Glycolic Peel for £8.80 (half price voucher), Highlights Powder for free (voucher) and Petal Blusher for free (3 for 2)

I got the line lift and Highlights free too, the Highlighter is not very nice but I can never resist a freebie:D

This is an easy one Lula - there are no calories in 'free' food !!!! :rotfl::rotfl:(Am sure they say that at Slimming World - you know, fill up on free food ! :D)

Lula - how about working out a dinner and a breakfast that is super-healthy, to compensate for lunch??

 Hurrah for a free lunch!

I have made the mistake in the past where i thought the same, if I had started my diet 6 months before I'd be super-skinny and the problem is that it then makes you give up.

One bad day isn't worth giving up over and try not do too many 'if onlys' -I've found them really destructive in the past.

I had a really good chat with my friend this weekend and I've come to the conclusion that I don't really want a boyfriend. I've got so used to having my own space and doing my own thing and I don't want to give that up.

I'm really enjoying my life at the moment and in a way it feels really liberating!

Plus it makes me feel all smug when I see couples arguing in the supermarket!!!
I've got my own flat :j:j

Now I have to pay the bills

And feed my interiors addiction ;)

Ha ha, that must be the book my friend's friend had been reading!!

What colour highlighter did you get? I got the Island Glow which looks like a bronzing powder.

What is the line lift like? Do you put it on before you moisturise?

I love freebies too, I don't need another bronzer at all!!!

:rotfl::rotfl: I thought that was just me! My other favourite is couples who sit in restaurants with nothing to say to each other!! - usually when I'm having a great time with a group of fab friends!!!! :D

Hmm, I veer between one extreme and the other, at the moment I am okay by myself and am concentrating on being thin and rich:D Plus I truly believe the loneliest place in the world is being trapped in a bad relationship, so I have a massive headstart in not trying to escape anything and being free to jump into anything when I want to. And I agree about the couples in supermarkets and restaurants. :rotfl:But, I know that I do want to meet someone eventually. (I will need an attentive companion on my Grand Tour:D.)

I'd like a boyfriend - someone to go out with and be available for social occasions and extras...;) maybe not a husband though...

Have you ever gone out on valentines - full of couples who only ever go out then! ouch!!!
