Well it would be most unfair of Sarah to have hot date without telling us first so we can have obligatory outfit discussion......

Therefore my money on diet declaration.

Enjoy MSE free weekend folks and see you all Monday evening!!
I've got my own flat :j:j

Now I have to pay the bills

    The choices are:
    • hot new man
    • guilty diet secret
    • guilty shoe buying secret
    • guilty clothes buying secret
    :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

If it was #1 I would be sure to tell you in advance:D:D:D

I am afraid it was #2:o. I knew I shouldn't have bought those Easter cakes:rolleyes:. well, they are all gone now and so is the Big Mac meal and the wine and the toblerone. :o.

At least I haven't put any weight on and I have learned that having anything in the house is a receipe for disaster and leads to other things.:o Have been very sensible today and there is nothing yummy or carby in the house. Am disappinted in myself as I was sticking to it very well and let myself down at the end of the week, but never mind, I am back on it again.

I was in a chocolate shop today and I was thinking that as I had already ruined the diet some more chocolate wouldn't hurt but I was quite proud of the fact that I thought "well the shop will still be here when I am thin and I am not banning yummy chocolate forever, just for a while" and I left without buying anything. Am getting a bit sick of thinking, "I'll start again tomorrow," I hate the feeling that I have let myself down and it must stop. I need to start thinking of small treats that don't involve food.

I must keep reminding myself that although I ruined it, if I hadn't been sensible at the beginning of the week I would have put weight on, so I am at least thankful for that. I feel guilty though that everyone else has been doing so well.:o
