Am getting a bit sick of thinking, "I'll start again tomorrow," I hate the feeling that I have let myself down and it must stop. I need to start thinking of small treats that don't involve food.

Snap! this is exactly what I was thinking this weekend, there can't be anymore starting tomorrows - I need to sort this out now and forever!
I went out last night and had a nice night with my friend but there was no way I would talk to any blokes cos I just feel so fat.:o Have started well today so hopefully I can continue without giving up for the next few months.

Hi Everybody, hope you've had a good weekend?

Just back from the wedding, which was lovely, after more depressing shopping attempts yesterday! Only good thing was it was very DFW as I couldn't find anything to fit/suit me :o Ended up wearing a dress I had for a fortieth a couple of years OK, it looked OK, I think

Also meant I had to get out lots of other clothes to find the dress which made me realise just how many lovely clothes I have that don't fit me

Feeling more determined now to lose some weight for my hols in just under 4 weeks - and I defo need to get motivated to exercise :o

  • Evening all,

Clipclop, you are in the right place hon, hope you are doing ok.

I haven't posted here for a bit, but thanks to all who posted on my diary xxxxx

I actually spoke to someone vaguely normal on okcupid last night, I doubt he will ever turn up again but it was nice a bit.

I should do the diet thing. I am trying to be good 80% of the time but get my ratios mixed up and am actually eating rubbish 80% of the time!!

but I am walking more which is good.

I am well tried so think I will read some more (((((hugs for clipclop))))) and anyone else who needs/wants them

    xxxx
    Nevertheless she persisted.

Buffy, I've decided to do it like NSDs and I'm aiming for 5 days out of 7 that I eat healthy stuff only and then on the other 2 I can have a little treat. Hopefully this way it'll be a way of changing my life permanently so it's not all diet or bust! (which is the way I usually do it!:o)
