Lula - you posted while I was typing.
Mr Posh-town - Don't worry about it - you know you're putting your fingers in the fire at least!!!! Take care and all that but sometimes you need to get someone out of your system. Just keep perspective and plenty of cynicism!
:eek: re: photos - I think it is more common than you might think though. A friend of mine has quite a 'collection' on her phone........I've got my own flat :j:j
Now I have to pay the bills

I bought this months Glamour today and has a free copy of 'He's just not that into you' - I've started reading it and I'm loving it.
It's written in sections like 'but he's really busy' and goes through scenarios and shows why they are nuts. It is very true really, I had an ex who never called me and I'd say 'well of course he is very busy'. However at the time I was working in a very busy environment when I simply couldn't have my phone on and was working very long hours. But I still had breaks and I would still call him on my breaks. So kinda proves that no matter how busy you are - you have time to make a call or send a text :mad:
I'm so cross that I put up with that !!!!!! for so long.
It's a good read though, I'm gonna have a bath soon and read some more!
I have read a book which I think is by the same authors, it's called "It's just a date" and I thought it was fab and made a lot of sense. Agree about the phoning/texting, if you want to then you make time, even if it's awkward and if he's not doing it, that's a big clue. Also cross I put up with that !!!!!! for so long. :mad:Pay/save £20k in 2010 £5888.75/£20,000June Mini target 0/5lbs Total 23/40Ebay profit 2010: March £207:) April £95:) May £130:) June £0 Total £432:j0 -

Sarah, I hope you don't mind me asking, but what sort of things do you do to make your extra 10 pounds a day? Maybe I should join a challenge like that.
Although I look like I am doing quite well I am actually carp at it. I do try but I would make much more if I could get the hang of/have the patience for ebaying, amaxon etc. This month's money is actually quidco money and £10 lottery win and I should have some overtime money to add at the end of the month. I used to count vouchers and money saved as well but I have decided to try again this month and from now on only count money that arrives in my account.Pay/save £20k in 2010 £5888.75/£20,000June Mini target 0/5lbs Total 23/40Ebay profit 2010: March £207:) April £95:) May £130:) June £0 Total £432:j0 -
This morning as I was hacking around the M25 I heard my phone bleep to say I had a text. Although I never use my phone while driving, being a mummy means I just cant ignore it in case DD has injured herself. Well in future she may have to wait because I damn nearly crashed. There on the screen was photographic evidence of Mr.CamperVan in all his 'glory'.
I still cant believe it now actually. Needless to say I ignored it. Later on he sent me another one to ask whether I'd liked it . My eventual response included words like reporting , obscene, sexual harassment & police.
For all the horrific things I've experienced as a result of internet dating, thankfully this hasn't been one of them. Although at the moment I'm struggling to work out if I'd feel more violated or amused. It would put the possibility of anything genuine right out of the window though. You have to wonder how their brain's work? Like you'd look at it and think, yeah, I want a bit of that. I'll call him up. Oh dear, POF at it's best.Evening all.

Pink - you haven't been around lately. Hope all is well and you are either lurking or you've been whisked off on a luxury mini-break by George Clooney
I bought Glamour aswell, makeup. The book looks good. Haven't started reading it, but might do on your recommendation. I know what you mean about not having time to call etc, however I can see it both ways. There have been times when I haven't emailed somebody back v.quickly, despite wanting to. Basically if you're emailing somebody you don't know at all and want to make a good impression, you can't really email them with 'God, work is such a 'mare, my boss is an idiot, I hate my job, I'm sooo knackered, I have PMT and I'm peed off with everything!', which is sometimes what you genuinely feel. I find it hard to hide my feelings, so trying to write a happy, smiley email when I feel like that it nigh on impossible, so I have tended to wait until I'm feeling a bit better about things before replying which has not always gone in my favour.
I'm also hoping Pink is doing ok. Say hello Pink if you're lurking!Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending0 -

I might do it in August. I'm hoping to have all my bills as low as they'll go by then and be seriously ready to unleash my carp, sorry quality products, on ebay and amazon. I'm also hoping to get into matched betting aswell. Holly, if you're out there, are we still ok to merge brains for MB? Hoping the packing is going well too! Are you off somewhere sunny?Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending0 -

I'm exactly like that too gwen, I need to think about emails, texts etc to people I don't know very well as I like to get it just right and spend ages agonising over the right word.:o
However, when it's someone you're supposed to be in a relationship with and they can't even find a minute to send a text saying hi then they are a lying sh1tbag. I am never putting up with that again. I've lost all motivation re moneysaving - stupid man things have taken over my life :doh:.
Have money in the bank to pay CCs, just havent got around to doing it this week
I'm not spending much though & I do have quite a few vouchers etc - £ 10.73 for co op, £9.50 for Tatco, £9 LVs & I think I have enough points to swap for £10 amazon or boots vouchers too, + all those lovely boots points to gain
I've also put in a quidco enquiry re the lovefilem £17 that hasnt tracked  so not completely rubbish :rolleyes:0 -

Yeah, it's completely different if you're in a relationship. If it's somebody new, you want to create a good impression, not come across as a moaner, but if you're meant to be together, that's rubbish. Although I have a confession to make. When I was much younger my bf would call me when Eastenders was on. I swear to god he must have done it deliberately. I used to make him call me back after it had finished!!! I feel really bad about it now. He was actually a v.sweet guy. At the time I don't think I realised how lucky I was. Never mind.Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending0
