Btw, there is no such thing as a Clarks' sale - it is but a mirage in the desert... ;)

I will not buy more shoes.

Don't check to see if they have your size. I'm normally lost forever when I do that. Believe me, it isn't fate if they have your size!

Think of your lovely house.... you might end up like Carrie in SATC when she realises her shoe collection equals her house deposit (obviously not a very good example as I would be hard pressed to pick between a house deposit and fabulous gorgeous shoes like hers!!!)
I've got my own flat :j:j

Now I have to pay the bills

And feed my interiors addiction ;)

I told my insurance company how much my cheapest quote was, and they promptly knocked £50 off their renewal figure for me. Even in the extremes of bare-faced cheek, I wasn't expecting that, but it might be worth a try...;)

That might be worth a try, I think I will call them and say I am going to cancel the policy and see if they offer me anything to stay [STRIKE]and spend it on shoes. [/STRIKE] and add it to my house savings.

Grrrr:mad: What possessed me to look at the Clark's sale.

Must not buy. Must not buy.

    *cries*

    NO SARAH :naughty:

step away from the shoe sales pages :( I'm currently salivating over a pair of red wedges at Faith ... Shoe Gal - your gold ones are fabulously gorgeous . Again, due to my shape & length I just couldnt manage that giddy height without toppling over, the joys of being 'top heavy'

I'm not working tomorrow :j & it should be a NSD although I'm not counting anymore :o. I plan to spend the day beautifying myself & my environment. This place is a grubby tip. I need to do washing, hoovering, sweeping, mopping, cleaning, tidying & binning, dusting & polishing, take stuff to the recycling centre, post a card to Dad, pot up the plants I bought today, colour my hair, have a luxurious bubble bath & top up tan, do my nails, reduce the pile of paperwork by at least 1 inch, meet a fabulous man & take DD swimming (NB I take her - she does the actual swiming )

The week end is going to be spent doing outdoor stuff. Need to cut the grass, move some plants around & reposition one of my rocks. On sunday we're at the allotment in the morning & we need to get back to doing some bike rides again.

I need to keep the momentum going with the weight loss, have lost 6lb & then regained 4 so many times ....

    Yay for quidco :)

Sadly I'm not due any payouts for a while. Even more sadly, I'm actually looking forward to car insurance renewal time just so I can ferret out the best bargain in cashback terms.

Me too. I really look forward to renewal time in the hope I can get a free lump sum. It's ace.
Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending

I have stepped away as I can't really justify them when my house savings are a fabulous 0.17% Am also the shape and height that topples over at giddy heights but I had no intention of walking in them. They were for sticking my feet out and looking at them:D

Am going to be very cross indeed if my 4lbs is regained. Am sick of all this fluctuation:mad:
