Yay for quidco
Sadly I'm not due any payouts for a while. Even more sadly, I'm actually looking forward to car insurance renewal time just so I can ferret out the best bargain in cashback terms.0 -

I hope that's not what you meant by more 'fun and adventure' :rotfl::rotfl:Sometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!Total debt @ Oct 2008: £29,226.42 Credit Card- £[STRIKE]7493.56[/STRIKE] - £7243.56Weightloss : 0/34lbs0 -
:j Great news on the Quidco, Sarah. :j Mine says I have £55 received, so I am also excited. :j And my I Want One Of Those voucher has arrived from the Qype challenge, so that's a birthday present sorted. :j
In fact it's been a pretty :j day all round today. It's my mum's birthday, so we have taken her out for lunch. I know this is going to sound really daft, but the highlight of my day was seeing her walking round Waitrose doing some shopping; it's been so long since I've seen her walk without using her stick.One of her presents was a rather groovy shopping trolley, so she spent part of the journey home dismissing most trolleys as lacking a certain funky je ne sais quoi when compared to hers.
Hi Lula - sorry we're late home! :rotfl:Are you allowed back out to play now?
makeup - Sending you lots of chilled out thoughts for tomorrow. I've only had a tooth out under anaesthetic once (aged 17) and it culminated in me telling the dentist what lovely eyes he had. :rolleyes:Hope your flatmates take good care of you.
Shoe Gal - mmmmm...cake! That's always a good day. Hope you're doing ok.
Bowski - Your DD must be so excited!
eco - You really are eco...must think about getting one of those meters - sounds as though it would be really useful.
Buffy, Pink Twirl, Gwen, TDQO - hope you're all doing well - and anyone else I've missed... :A0 -

Am most annoyed to discover that my own insurance company is the cheapest of the decent ones and that if I do go for a slightly higher quote, even with cashback I won't save much, probably only around £20-£30, so it's probably not worth it in terms of hasslePay/save £20k in 2010 £5888.75/£20,000June Mini target 0/5lbs Total 23/40Ebay profit 2010: March £207:) April £95:) May £130:) June £0 Total £432:j0 -

I told my insurance company how much my cheapest quote was, and they promptly knocked £50 off their renewal figure for me. Even in the extremes of bare-faced cheek, I wasn't expecting that, but it might be worth a try...;)0
