    Same here ...I cant think of anything else that could be causing the noise so fingers crossed.

    a tyre making a grinding noise though? strange. and why is it making it so hard to accelerate?
    are the tyres directional by any chance?

    Yes the tyres dont make a noise when i reverse.

    Balls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I cant check for deffo at the moment cos i aint with the car but will do later ...but i never noticed the sound when reversing the car!

    when you can, check the side of the tyre, they should have arrows pointing the direction the should be turning.

    The et is not the issue, spacers won't do anything other than increase the st and you may cause the Tyres to rub on the bodywork, both stnd and his wheels are et40.

    Tyres can make a hefty difference to cabin noise, but I'd also get the wheel allignment looked at, it could be you're camber is out and/or toe.
    Negative equity of £100k. including the mortgage :)
