I also came off teaching probation today. The observer really enjoyed the session and is going to have a go at making her own pizza

My husband paid an outstanding bill belonging to his brother, but HFO have put something nasty on our credit files. Have writted to Experian disputing it, but they replied saying HFO stand by their comments so they are unable to remove it . We paid someone elses debt so we wouldn't get any adverse credit ratings, and in doing so have incurred one!!!! Grrrrr....

Hi Red
yes looked at that and as far as I can tell I wont be entitled to anything. Will have to save up as cheaper than going to adult learning to do a course. Fingers Crossed:rolleyes:0 -
BB hope you dont mind me asking but you seen to be the cookery whizz. I have friends coming for dinner on sat and making a big pot of chilli which I can keep warm in the oven till we are ready. Can I do that with rice too, I always cook rice in the microwave so once done can I cover it with foil and keep warm in the oven for about an hour or will it dry out? I know they warn you about reheating rice but as I wont be letting it cool down do you think this will be ok? Fingers Crossed:rolleyes:0

And when you come back, taunt them with the freebies and refuse to talk about what was there, apart from laying hints of cost-savings...
It is your time after all...

hiya Daggit
The chilli will be fine, just keep checking it for drying out - do you have a slow cooker instead youcould chuck it in?
Rice.........dodgy stuff. You have to keep rice hot rather than warm or let it cool down completely. However, for an hour, it will be fine (officially it shouldn't be done, but I've kept rice warm for that amount of time before and never been unwell.). It could dry out so maybe add a small amount of water into the cooked rice before you put the lid on."Stay Wonky":D
