Hi ,
Just spoke to a very nice man from the Hotel and I am booked in for the week/end 5/6 May. So there will be at least one OS er in Blackpool that day .Come on folks who else is definatly going apart from me ?

Jackie - have you booked just the saturday night or the Friday as well? I have just booked the saturday, but I've told Mr TM it could possibly turn into a full weekend :rotfl:

What a great idea I shall ring him back and make it Fri and Saturday.It sounds great as I have just been on Multi-map and it's about 290 miles from me to Blackpool so coming on Friday sounds a lot better as i will have time to get over the drive and not be rushing about

Hang fire on that one at the mo Jackie - the 2 nights isn't definate. It was just something I said to Mr TM IN CASE I felt I needed/was able to get 2 nights away. It was just because you put 5 and 6 May on your post - it made it sound as if you had booked the Friday night as well.

Just been back on to them and I have got a room for the Fri & Saturday night .I got it at £18 per night as it's for two nights as well. Result or what

JackieO - I'm thinking about coming up on the Friday (but going home on the overnight bus on Saturday night) and I'm coming from Welling so might be able to share your car on the outward journey! Could you let me know (by PM if you like) how much you think a fair financial contribution would be for the one-way trip, and I'll weigh it up against taking the coach both ways?

PS I can't remember if PoshPaws said she was coming, but she's down your way (Chatham IIRC?) so might also be in the market for a lift.
