Hi all
All packed and ready to go!
God only knows how I am going to manage to make time pass and do any work this morning, waiting for noon and JackieO to pick me up!
I even have a slow cooker with me (seriously!) that a colleague of mine left in the office for me - if it fits in the car boot, I am taking it with me and then back down to London, I think it would be a well fitting symbolic gesture, to travel to the OS meet with a slow cooker!
Can't wait, now I have to go and pretend to be interested in work until noon ARGHHHHHH
CaterinaFinally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0 -
LOL @Caterina.
Actually, I will be bringing a BM with me - but only because it has been gifted to someone else:D
(Note to self - go and put it in boot of car asap)0 -
Just wanted to say that I hope you all have a great time and hugs to everyone.
Take Care

Is this how we'll all recognise each other? I have a big problem with this - firstly I'm coming by train and they're heavy, secondly, I don't have breadmaker - should I just bring my Kenwood Chef to show willing?0 -
Hope you all have a brilliant weekend. I'm off on holiday next week but am looking forward to reading about your adventures and seeing the photos when I get back.0

:rotfl: LOL :rotfl:
I'm trying to jiggle coming to see you lot with seeing my OH at some point, I've hardly seen him since Monday! He was originally working late tomorrow, so my plan was to spend the afternoon/evening with you lot in Blackpool. Now that's changed & he's working the early, so will be home at about 3pm. Best plan for me now is to come over to Blackpool, late morning for a spot of lunch & whatever else is planned for the daytime. I know not all of you will be there that early, but at least I'll get to meet some of you.
Do I need to wear my safety pin?0 -
Just leaving my house Caterina so it won't be long now. Lots of room in the boot of the car for SC it must be symbolic to be carrying it to Blackpool and back LOL
Cheers Folks and see you all soon
