Just been to Dixons in Liverpool and bought one for my 9 yr old son (out of his christmas money)

He is delighted as his elder brother got an ipod for christmas.

Currently charging. Hope I can figure out how to get videos on it.

Managed to get one from my local Currys.

I phoned Currys on 0870 609 7369 and they checked the stock levels for me. I am in Glasgow and they said that Braehead had 24, Uddingston had 22 and Great Western Road had 18.

They are still marked as £149.99 in store but go through the till as £49.99 when the assistant selects special offers. Make sure you have the 3 boxes( player, cable and case.)

yes it is usb 2 - no theres isnt a card slot.
