    My MIL is 25 miles away I drop the kids Sunday night and pick them up Friday night :o

    I don't think the childcare tax credit will work for you this year as your previous earnings were too high already.

    You can apply for CTC and you will be refused on last years earnings as SH says. However, the minute you get the official rejection you phone them and say that you expect this years earning to be £x as your circumstances have changed. They will recalculate on £x and start paying whatever you're entitled to. :j You must go thro the process and get rejected first tho :rolleyes:

    And you're going well with the calls...are you keeping track of how much your monthly outgoings have already dropped? That would be a great incentive to keep phoning :D

    well you sure know how to pick them....:confused:

    how about a nice rom/com instead! Pick a dvd and play it! Preferably either high octane action to get rid of some of the stress by default or a comedy to make you laugh....:rotfl:

    eve all peeps

    house has exploded [well not literally] but its a mess and im not sure how!
    2nd int ha ha - joke - man want me - but worked it out that after he pay me and i deduct tax,ni [cos now i have to be employed] petrol/parking/child care and afterschool club - i wiould be left with £1.50 an hr. random.

    then they want a 3rd int tomorrow. to be honest - im gonna say no cos they want eves too and i cant.

    positives... OH is now the final candidate [or so agency say] big final int tomorrow or friday. plus he has another 3 irons in fire.
    OH company situation is - meeting next monday with HM peeps - hope should work out ok - will wait to hear.

    negatives - spoke to parents today - dad was really down - never heard him down in my whole life - says he has started to feel his age and is not well. :-( not good and i will keep an eye on that one.

    how we all doing?
    my ebay going well - i must update my totals.
